This was an awesome place to stay. It accommodated our large family of 18. Easy and close access to the beach. The pool was a great addition. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family is 6 adults, 5 children. Ages 9 to 14 We loved having the large table of 12 for meals, casual comfortable seating in the living room. Very relaxing place. Check in was easy, with code, bedrooms were lovely. Large bathrooms & closets, extra bath towels,so nice. Bring your own beach towels, for pool and beach. Garage had extra beach chairs which was so helpful, ping pong for the kids, noticed a high chair, & pack and play, also. Bring your own pool toys. Sand buckets, etc. Adults had comfortable bedrooms, and the kids fit well in the bunk room all double beds. Large bathroom downstairs for all the kids. Plenty of room for adults in bedrooms. Laundry machines are new, worked really well. Pool was fun for the kids, loads of chairs & tables, which we loved. Kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, although, light on cooking pots and large bowls. No cleaning products, so bring your own. A/C worked well. We liked the home a lot, well decorated, too.

2 families of 4 had the best time staying at Seaduction over New Year's Eve. The location is so close to the beach and many local establishments.

Our stay at this location was absolutely fantastic! The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to amenities and attractions. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Overall a fantastic home and location. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities. The house was super clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for our five nights. Check in was a tad messy because the key code we were given didn’t work, but they responded quickly and it was fixed right away.

Overall this is a great house and location. Very roomy and proximity to beach is amazing. A little off main road so noise is no issue but easy to get anywhere in town. Only thing was pool cleaning and yard workers came while we were there. Otherwise this would be a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend.

Amazing house! Extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed from cooking to washing, to housekeeping. The realty company we booked it through was very polite, professional and attentive to our needs. We are definitely looking foward to another getaway !

This home was just perfect for our family. We found it to be comfortable and cozy. The space was more than enough for our group of eight. The kids (big and almost big) really enjoyed their many short walks to the beach. We would recommend this property as an awesome choice for a place to enjoy your stay.

The family and I traveled to south padre for my husband's birthday. When i tell you this beach house exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of space. The house is decorated so nicely. Walking distance to the beach(but we drove which was probably about 1-2min away). Not to mention the pool was so nice and warm. My family Lovedddddddddd this beach house. My husband wants to come back again in August lol!!! FANTASTIC HOUSE!!!!

This house is beautiful and very spacious! We loved our stay here! The house was clean, there were lots of spots to sit and relax, and the heated pool was amazing! It's a very short walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

My main reason for reserving the property was that it had a heated pool but the heating device was broken. Kids tried to get in the pool but water and breeze was cool. They weren't able to enjoy it.

Amazing home with every amenity you will need!! Great communication with property manager. The only one thing I wish was better is the pool, the filter was not working our entire stay, maintenance did work thoroughly to help get it fixed but unfortunately it just never worked well. Other than this small issue everything else was great! We will definitely book through this company again.
