Superb Location
The property is located right on the beach. The condo was clean but a little bit older. Super nice that you could exchange towels and bed sheets every day if you wanted. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which was nice. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach (I think the cost was $35). Many great restaurants around. Mahi Nic was amazing food. Calacas was great Mexican food. Louie's Backyard was on the bay side and had fireworks at 9:15pm. Blackbeard's always has lines but good food. The BEST dessert was THE BAKED BEAR. Ice cream smooshed between two warm cookies and toppings. Beyond Delish! We stopped at H-E-B grocery store in Port Isabel to stock up on groceries and water before the bridge. Did the Dolphin Tour and saw lots of Dolphins well worth the $20 ticket. Was a great vacation for 4 adults. Enjoyed the clean soft sand the ocean. Highly recommend.

Construction issue
Need to let customers know when construction is being done. They were working until 10pm above us, could not sleep for noise. Property was unorganized.

Nice oceanfront condo
We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. The furnishings are adorable, but the condo building itself is kind of dated and old, but the owners have done a nice job of updating this unit. The only negative is the smell, I’m not even sure what it is, maybe just stale air. The windows don’t open to allow fresh air in, so we tried to leave the balcony door open to alleviate this. The building is currently under construction, which only bothered us when we tried to use the pool. Overall a great place to stay.

Wrong Location
I specifically rented a condo oceanside in the center of the island.The day before they informed me that our balcony was being repaired and our access to it would be locked but we could still enjoy the view.My opinion the view I would enjoy would be the repair people.All the restaurants and activities were closer to my first choice back in September so I had issues being told the day before arriving that we would have no balcony overlooking the ocean.We had to rely on Uber or the free shuttle which takes at least a half hour or more for it to come and it closes at 9:00 p.m.It was i interesting that on one ride the driver and friend were dumpster diving on the way.To make up time she almost caused injuries to the passengers going over the speed bumps at top speed.I did contact VRBO but never received any feedback.I felt that we should have received some compensation for all the extra taxis we had to use.Also we had no welcome package in our condo- we had to pick it up ourselves and I had to clean the shelves where we were to store our food.This condo said it was recently updated.If so they bought old bath second hand bath fixtures.

SPI back to school fun
Condo was everything we were looking for with a great view & location. The master bed was extremely comfy, kitchen had everything we needed & the decor/cleanliness were as shown on the listing. We'd definitely stay here again.

First time in SPI
We loved staying in this condo. Check in was easy and fast. The condo was beautiful and everything was as described. The beds were clean and comfortable as was all the furniture. The views of the beach and ocean were amazing. Beach access was easy and quick. The pool and hot tub were clean. Overall it was fantastic place to stay and we can't wait to come back!

Sunrise II 202
Great vacation! Only very minor issues. Our GPS took us 1 Bosh to far for the check-in and that business said it happens daily and told us it was actually the blog behind them. Also, the pics of our condo showed snorkel equipment, chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. One of the 2 umbrellas was broken and there was snorkel equipment. Lastly, there were 3 cable boxes, the remote for the master bedroom could not be found anywhere. These were super minor issues and in no way distracted from our enjoyment. It was a beautiful condo and in exceptional condition. Best vacation we have ever had and would definitely recommend this condo!!!!

Nice Condo The kitchen was well outfitted and everything was well maintained.
Looking at the condo it seems to be well maintained as if the owner is present on a regular basis. Clearly one of the best I've stayed in South Padre.

Great, only one negative
This was our second stay at this particular condo and it was just as described and as we remembered. Everything was great with one exception. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. I had a hard time sleeping as the bed would sink into a big depression I guess from the wear and tear. Other than the view, kitchen, bathrooms, living area all super, all clean, inviting and comfortable! I hope we visit again real soon.

Family Beach Vacation.
The Property location was great, check in process was easy; however, when we arrived at the Condo internet was not working Cable not working. I called the property manager and they sent someone to the Condo within two hours. Overall the Condo was nice, clean, easy access to beach.
