We recently stayed at Sunchase IV and it was everything we expected!! The ocean view from the living room to the bay view from the bedrooms. Beautiful and relaxing. Short walk to the beach and walking distances to lots of eateries. Tom was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The beds were so comfortable I was dreading leaving… you also have everything you need to cook with, although we ate out every meal. lol. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay on SPI. Very clean, great views, nice desk and place to work remote (if needed!), great communication from hosts, and great unit layout. The two bedrooms are upstairs and away from the family room / kitchen which allows a quiet separation. Also, the bedrooms’ deck provide view of sunsets on bay side while main part of unit faces the beach and sunrises. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! The view from the living room balcony was of the beach and the view from the upstairs bedrooms allowed us to watch the fireworks show over the bay without leaving. It was perfect for my family of 4! We didn’t think the walk to the beach was too long and we went most of the days of our stay. Same with the pool. We did not use the health center. Check in process was easy - the only suggestion that I would have is to provide the gate access code with the access code to the condo. Security wasn’t answering and we got there after the offices had closed. Tom answered our call quickly and provided the code. The luggage and grocery carts were a nice bonus and super helpful when we unloaded our car. I wasn’t expecting the carts so thought I would mention it since we found them so helpful when arriving and leaving. Parking wasn’t an issue for us - we were always able to find a close spot. My son loved the Murphy bed in the living room. I loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer for our stay. Both of my kids loved having WiFi-access. The binder of information was a wonderful resource and we were so glad to have it!

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed the place, the apartment was very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable. The balcony had a spectacular view of the beach and on the other hand view of the bay through the bedrooms on the second floor. We will definitely be back very soon.

It was a beautiful, comfortable condo. Communication with the Wilcoxes was great! The kitchen was well-stocked. We cooked every meal in. Beds were comfy, even the Murphy bed. A bit of a walk to the beach, but well worth it. Would stay here again!

Perfect location and gorgeous views

We loved this spacious unit with 2 floors. The views can’t be beat on South Padre with ocean and bay views on the 2nd floor. We loved seeing the fireworks at night from the bayside rooms. The walk to beach is easy to do even with young kids.

The Best relaxing vacation stay ever

The condo was so beautiful with many views of the beach and Ocean. We woke up to hering the ocean waves and the birds on the beach it was relaxing. The condo was very clean and comfortable furnishings it made us feel at home. It is very close to a lot of restaurants and bars we enjoyed the walk

The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly located. The views from both floors were unbelievable. The walk to the beach short, and within walking distance to nightlife, food trucks and lots to do.

Beautiful 2BR with very comfortable Murphy in living

Upgraded fixtures and decor throughout this beautiful 2BR. Comfortable chairs and Murphy bed in the living room are great for watching the beach or the HUGE TV. Had everything we needed and more. Will definitely look to rent again when we go back to SPI!!

Spectacular VRBO, Vacation in a little paradise!!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. It felt so welcoming. The views from front balcony were of the bay. Fireworks from that view were incredible. Every morning and evening the gulf views from the balcony off the great room were stunning. Perfect location from many activities. Walk way to the beach. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Easy Check in and out. You will enjoy your stay here!! Can not say enough. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Wilcox !! We will stay again in a heartbeat!! The Huyetts

Beautiful condo, gorgeous views. Walk is a little long, but not too bad. Owner is super responsive and the kitchen is very well stocked. Check in and check out were both easy. Loved that there were three beds/separate sleeping areas. I would definitely stay here again.

More than perfect stay!

I was looking at this property in hopes to find a much needed relaxing get-away and everything about my experience went above and beyond my expectations. There was no shortage of attention to detail as this property met my needs on every level. The property was very well-equipped, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Honestly, my favorite part was the view of both the beach and the bay. The beach view is in clear site when you're in the kitchen and living room and the windows engulf the unit with sunlight during the day and provide an amazing view of the moon at night. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The check-in process was super-easy thanks to the diligit instructions provided. I look forward to staying here again :-)

This place is immaculate. More than enough room for 2 kids and 2 adults. Location is on point. Short walk to beach. Great view of both bay and ocean. Was a great choice! Highly recommended!

Beyond Gorgeous!

My family of 4 stayed this past weekend and had the most amazing time! The condo is HUGE! Gorgeous, clean, and just beautiful. Amazing views of the beach and the bay, we had trouble deciding which view we like the best! Amazing place to stay with two kids, so much to do there. I cannot wait to come back and book this exact place next year- the hosts were amazing and everything was a breeze!

Amazing views, very clean, close to everything

The owners communication was spot on from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The pictures do this place no justice; the living and kitchen area is much larger than it appears on the pictures. Every room was extremely clean and the views are amazing. Beach view from downstairs and bay views from the upstairs bedrooms. The murphy bed was an added bonus and very easy to pull out and put back up. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the hosts are great
