We had a wonderful vacation. The property accommodated our family just fine. Great location. We prepared our food prior to arriving and just reheated everything.

Wonderful view, very relaxing

We loved the view and were happy to just relax and look at he ocean form the condo. Very spacious. One thing would be to have at least one full sized couch downstairs to relax on. One recliner works and the other doesn't so its kinda hard to relax for two or three people watching a movie but it was still great and we want to return

Absolutely wonderful

The property location was wonderful and the condo actually matched the photos. My only complaint was that’s the outdoor furniture cushions were worn and needed cleaning or replacing. The barstools and dining room chAirs were also slightly stained. The property manager said he would send someone over to lean the furniture but they never showed up. Ultimately, these inconveniences didn’t spoil my stay because everything else was great

Well used, but nicely appointed condo with great views. Bedroom ceiling fans need work. So loud cannot use when trying to sleep. Also, condo basically clean, but some things like throw rugs were grungy, and need to be replaced regularly. Electrical outlet in kitchen in need of repair. Filter water tap just hanging. Torn window covering in m bedroom. All in all needs a little tlc…

The place was beautiful. The only downside is that they give you only 1 parking lot. Even if you rent the 3 room for 8 people. Other staying have to go a find a place to park their car.

Amazing Views

This condo has amazing views of the beach and bay side! We got to see sunsets and sunrises. It had everything we needed from coffee maker to washer and dryer. The beach is a short walk. The pool was shady in the afternoon. My family would stay here again.

Amazing views

This condo did not disappoint! Views are amazing, very clean, updated, plenty of towels. Location was perfect. About a 10min walk to the beach through the property grounds. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property

This property is absolutely stunning. One thing the pictures don't convey is that the view on the main level are to the Gulf and the view on the 2nd floor is to the bay. Basically you get 360 degree views depending where you are in the house. This is also important because during the summer, there are fireworks on both the bay side and the gulf side. Both are fantastic from the balconies of the #517 unit. Vacasa was really great with the management of the property. Robert was assigned to our property and was very responsive and quickly resolved any questions or issues that would come up.

Stunning views from the balcony, we got a great seat to 2 different fireworks displays. Close beach access. House was plenty big enough for 8! Highly recommend.

This home was amazing, the views all around is breathe taking. You get the sunrise and beach view and the sunset and bay view on other side. The fireworks on bay side were beautiful, perfect to see from balcony.

Amazing views

We had a wonderful time on South Padre Island and the Sunchase property was excellent. Super location, great amenities and close to the beach. Amazing views form this corner condo. Couldn’t ask for much more. We would give a perfect score but one bedroom was missing window shades.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the condo and the amenities at the complex. Shopping was nearby and the complex had everything that we needed. Loved the balcony with the view of the beach which we had easy access to. Just everything about the condo and complex was great and we really had a wonderful time. We will definitely return for another vacation

Just what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was better than what we had imagined. The balconies on virtually all sides are amazing and it is very spacious. The unit was kept in very good condition and was welcoming. We had a small issue with accessing the main entry gate. We contacted Turnkey and were met with professionalism and quick resolution. Overall this was a great experience and just what we needed!

Amazing Condo!!

This condo was amazing with gorgeous views all around in every room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space for my family of 5 and loved that it was 2 stories. The beach access was easy and we especially loved that they had grocery carts on property to help get groceries up to the room. Definitely staying here again. I couldn’t get enough of the views!!

Great place!

This place was great. Everything was clean, the rooms are nice and fit everyone we took with us nicely. The location is great and pools were nice. I really appreciated that they have beach items for guest to use like umbrellas, chairs and beach toys. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and did look just like the pictures. There wasn’t much I was dissatisfied with besides that we had two nights were the power would turn off and on and even after I texted about the issue no follow up call or assistance was given. Someone did txt back to tell me where the the breaker box was but it was almost as if it were an automated message. I was also annoyed that the facility choose to put chemicals in the pool on a Saturday. We were able to use another pool that was close but the initial shock was upsetting.
