Family vacation-grandparents and son with his family

We had a wonderful vacation. The property accommodated our family just fine. Great location. We prepared our food prior to arriving and just reheated everything.

Absolutely wonderful

The property location was wonderful and the condo actually matched the photos. My only complaint was that’s the outdoor furniture cushions were worn and needed cleaning or replacing. The barstools and dining room chAirs were also slightly stained. The property manager said he would send someone over to lean the furniture but they never showed up. Ultimately, these inconveniences didn’t spoil my stay because everything else was great

Amazing views

This condo did not disappoint! Views are amazing, very clean, updated, plenty of towels. Location was perfect. About a 10min walk to the beach through the property grounds. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Amazing views

We had a wonderful time on South Padre Island and the Sunchase property was excellent. Super location, great amenities and close to the beach. Amazing views form this corner condo. Couldn’t ask for much more. We would give a perfect score but one bedroom was missing window shades.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the condo and the amenities at the complex. Shopping was nearby and the complex had everything that we needed. Loved the balcony with the view of the beach which we had easy access to. Just everything about the condo and complex was great and we really had a wonderful time. We will definitely return for another vacation

Amazing Condo!!

This condo was amazing with gorgeous views all around in every room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space for my family of 5 and loved that it was 2 stories. The beach access was easy and we especially loved that they had grocery carts on property to help get groceries up to the room. Definitely staying here again. I couldn’t get enough of the views!!

Great place!

This place was great. Everything was clean, the rooms are nice and fit everyone we took with us nicely. The location is great and pools were nice. I really appreciated that they have beach items for guest to use like umbrellas, chairs and beach toys. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing property but eletric problems

The property it's self was amazing very beautiful and clean but we had eletric issues in the downstairs the entire time we we're there. Didn't get fixed until the evening of our last full day there! It was a huge inconvenience because most of the tv's run off wifi which was located in the livingroom. Other then eletric issues it was a great stay!

Great family vacay!

Our family LOVED this property! It exceeded our expectations. It's beautifully updated, plenty of space, great view of beach and pool, quick walk to beach, no complaints. We'll definitely stay again!

Ocean views with a minor hiccup

Overall my family had a great experience. The condo is situated in the corner of the building which meant windows on two sides, giving spectacular views of the beach. We enjoyed the location immensely. Being situated just a short walk from the beach made it an ideal spot for kids. We did have a couple of issues during our stay however. First, upon arriving we recognized that the large window shade for one the bedrooms was completely off the wall and propped up vertically in the corner of the room. This made the room very hot and lacked privacy for family staying in the room. During our first night at the condo we experienced lights throughout the living area and kitchen would flicker. Eventually the flickering would cause a power outage only for those particular lights and oddly enough the TV and cable box. The power would return after several minutes. These two issues were a bit frustrating so we contacted Turnkey and they logged our complaint and scheduled someone to fix the issue. On our second day of our stay we discovered that the dishwasher did not work. It wasn’t that it worked improperly, it was not receiving power. Seemed to be electrically broken perhaps due to the electrical issues we were encountering. A very polite and helpful repair man arrived midway through our stay, hung the window shades, replaced a faulty light switch, which fixed the power outages, but unfortunately had no answer for the dishwasher. After his testing he said it will likely have to be replaced completely which probably wouldn’t happen in the remaining 2 days of our stay. Sadly, when I realized the dishwasher issue, I checked VRBO and read a review left by the family that stayed at this location just days prior to us and they reported an issue with the dishwasher as well. Unfortunately it was not fixed prior to our arriving. Hand washing dishes for a family of 6 the length of our stay was annoying but that didn’t deter us from having fun!
