Family vacation
First off the only reason this isn’t a very good review is how clean it was. Immediately after checking in we found an empty beer can out by the pool and a vape pen. This wouldn’t have been an issue with just adults but we had our four girls with ranging from ages 4 to 16. Then we noticed in the kids bedroom with bunks that the white top sheet had some stains in it which should have been addressed. The main bedroom with the king bed had many issues. The shower was disgusting with stains around the edges like it hadn’t been cleaned . It also had hair all over. The drawers all had either dirt or hair inside them too that we had to clean prior to using . Dishes were not clean, etcThe table downstairs by the couch was almost ready to fall over. The oven buttons didn’t work at all so we couldn’t use that. Just a nightmare honestly We tried to address with management and sent pictures and videos via text like they asked but only to keep getting texts and messages from other numbers having to start back over again . Eventually we just said the heck with it. I asked for some sort of refund which they offered 50 and I just laughed . I eventually knew we weren’t getting any compensation so I just opted for late checkout so we could get out at our own time. This place needs a lot of attention and management needs to fix a lot of things in this house.
