I am hoping that this house is always available whenever we decide to come back to South Padre. The space was amazing, the pool area was peaceful, and we had plenty of room!

Amazing house and service the best!

amazing house and service the best! is our third year renting and we are so happy. (only as a suggestion i would put blind courtains on the rooms so none ligh comes in)

Excellent communication from booking to checkout

It was our first time renting through SPI Rentals. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. We needed the propane tank for the grill replaced and it was taken care of within the hour. We had 8 adults, an infant, ample space, and easy access to the beach. We've traveled to South Padre many years, but we will definitely bring using SPI rentals again for all future travels.

The host was phenomenal and responsive, we loved the bedrooms and amenities. Loved the pool and we would stay here again! Very well taken care of and easy and convenient and spacious

Perfect property for a large family. We had 12 in our party, including 5 teenagers! The pool and hot tub were a hit. It's a short walk to the beach. The property was clean on arrival. The few maintenance issues were handled promptly. The washer and dryer were a bonus with our large family! The kitchen was ok. It would have been nice to have some seasoning available. Overall this property was great!!

Spacious and close to the beach

Very comfortable spacious house close to the beach. 3 large families were able to stay there comfortably; the kids LOVED the pool. It is a short walk to the beach and close to all the good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great house!

This is a perfect place for anyone to come as a group. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the house is very clean and kept up!! Great location to the beach and bars and restaurants. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this place and loved it both times!

Great place to stay

We stayed in the same condo last year and are very pleased with the condition, the pool was excellent along with the service from SPI Rentals. They are most accommodating. We will definitely stay again next year.

Family Trip

Our extended family of 16 spent 4 nights here. Everything was great! Plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great addition and the beach is a short walk away with a public parking lot available too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late. We will be back next year.
