The host was very responsive with check in and out. Made an easy accomidation to our super late arrival. Condo was amazing pools were awesome and heated. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Week at the beach!

10/10 Wonderful time with my daughter for a girl’s getaway. Toni was so helpful and available anytime I had a question. The unit is clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches on the patio- better atmosphere than any restaurant. We went out for dinners. Recommend Viva!The pools were wonderful and access to the beach is super easy. I highly recommend paying for the chairs and umbrella set up, 40 well spent and allowed us to stay comfortable on the beach for most of the day. If you are there on the weekends, I recommend earplugs if you’re like me, a light sleeper and ready for bed at 10 pm. The neighboring restaurant plays music until 11 pm.

Best location

We had the best vacation! This condo is just like the photos. Perfect. The bed is so comfortable. Great location. The pool was also nice. Quick response from host. Next door Bar Louie had great music outside and live music inside along with good food and drinks. Great part of the beach with chair and umbrella rentals. Can’t wait to come back and stay here next year. Love SPI!

Great room in a great location!

We were looking for a place as close to the beach as possible, with two beds, but nothing too big and this was exactly what we needed.. The murphy bed was perfect for our adult son to sleep on. The king bed was extra soft and we felt as though we spent in a hole, but other wise comfy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a longer stay. There was plenty of space even with the extra bed pulled down. Being from a cooler/dry climate, I really appreciated the dehumidifier and AC to escape the warm humid air. And having extra towels was an added bonus. My only suggestion would be to provide some paper towels and dish rags in the kitchen. We had a slight issue with our AC the first night, but a quick call to maintenance and the problem was resolved promptly.

Great stay

Great place for a good price. Steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Only slight downside is the bar next store can be noisy at times, but the sliding doors are pretty sound proof. Overall a great stay.

clean but cold

Properties owners are friendly and helpful, but admittedly are a little OCD about the cleanliness of their space, texting us as late as 9 pm to remind us about rinsing off our feet (for a second time) before entering the property. Only one roll of paper towels, one trashbag, and two dishwasher pods provided (w/ one allocated for checkout). Be advised to bring your own basics, just as paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. also we realized after cooking dinner there were no oven mits and had to improvise :]. Beautiful space, it just felt like the owners were more concerned about keeping it pristine than making us feel welcome.

Exactly what we needed!

The condo was just the right size with just the right amenities for our family of 4! It was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We were able to watch the fireworks Friday and Saturday night and listen to the music coming from the neighboring hotel and beach bar. Overall, it was a great experience and we plan to do it again!
