Better than expected

Beds were very comfortable, and the condo was well stocked with everything that you could need. It was very clean and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in SPI and this condo exceeded expectations. Easy, check-in. Condo is right next to Public Beach Access #14. Very clean and wonderful ocean views. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great place

Nice place… beautiful views… quiet. Quick access to restaurants and shops and of course the beach! And when the waves were a little strong a quiet little pool on property to relax a bit!

We loved our time!

The weather was great and our stay was perfect. Locals are so friendly and welcoming. Didn’t want to go home. Food is excellent!

Great location. View from balcony was fantastic!!Found it strange that both sliding glass doors locks were not on the doors anymore. A lot of room to move around and was comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

Easy check-in/check-out. We would stay again! Property management was very attentive...only needed to contact them about the gate key, which was quickly resolved.

Reconnecting with my kiddos

This trip was amazing! The condo was more beautiful in person than photos. My kids loved being right at the beach and having the pool! And getting to all the shops and excursions were so easy! The hospitality was top notch! We will be back!

Impressive beach views

Impressive view of the beach sands and sunrises over the gulf. Furniture was comfortable in living room , regular height kitchen table and comfortable beds. Warm pool and great beach access. Had leaking faucet and maintenance came promptly.

Family vacation

Ocean front views. Accommodated 2 adults and 3 children nicely. We weren't cramped at all. Just a very short walk to beach. We ended up extending our stay we enjoyed ot so much. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nice Vacation Rental

Condo was nice. Comfortable bed. Some issues that were annoying were; water pressure in shower was very low, long dark stringy hair was trapped under the bathroom door, slider door lock was not working properly, no grill when one was pictured and listed in the description of condo, hot tub was not operating when we went to use it. bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed except no micro wave cookware in the condo. all in all we enjoyed our stay. ocean view was amazing.

202 seagull

First walk in and it’s overwhelmingly old and unclean takes over. Stained furniture, old dressers, dirty toilet, filthy silverware/dishes/glasses. 2nd shower would not drain. For 225/night I at least expected a3star but got a barely 1 star. Guessing landlord sells out property based on ocean location which is a shame. I have pics to support all I’m saying but have no way to download. Did not call maintenance as I expected perfection on check in for this price. Would not recommend if want nice property!

Amazing ocean views

Loved the bigger balcony with living room and bedroom access. Amazing views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoyed our stay and the condo had all the amenities needed.

Awesome Oceanfront Views and beach access

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo and will rent again. The property is beach facing and has amazing views of the ocean, sunrise from the master bedroom/living room. The beach is easily accessible from the parking lot. Condo is located in a very safe gated building with assigned parking spot. Kitchen and master bath were nicely renovated. Quick access to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Check in and towel exchange (11am-3pm) was in a separate location (5 minute drive) and was a minor inconvenience. Overall our family had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful property, easy access to the beach. Condo was beautiful. We had a few issues but we overlooked them and got over it. Great place to stay, we will be back next year.

Excellent place and location - Poor Managing.

The place was wonderful and exactly what we expected but the guy who took care of us with Padre Island rentals when we arrive was horrible. He didn't treat me with respect at all, not very welcoming or helpful. He should not be working the front desk at all, I believe his name was Steven. Also I send a message to the owner and he never responded to me at all.

Great location and friendly people

I booked this for a fishing trip with some friends and everything was great. We got a charter out of Port Isabel just 15 minutes away and fished in the surf on the beach in the days afterward. My friend's wife and 1-year old came along but didn't fish. They had a great time at the pool and on the beach. Communication with the hosts was timely. No complaints!
