My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here

I really can’t say enough great things about this condo. Very clean, great location and amenities. Only having 1 operational elevator was a challenge at times, but overall a great experience and will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Great top level apartment

Nice to be on the top level and in the corner as well. Comfortable recliners and fairly well stocked kitchen. The main bedroom’s bed was nice and soft, but the second bedroom’s bed was pretty firm and the room itself was pretty bright at night due to the outdoor lights. Came well stocked with beach towels as well!

Great Condo

This was a great place to stay with family. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very clean and well furnished. Beach towels were provided. There was a Keurig coffee pot, and a reg pot. so bring pods or regular coffee. We would rent again

Perfect little condo

This is a great condo at a fun resort.I normally don’t like renting from a larger rental company but this one gave me some confidence in them.The coffee machine broke and it was one call and they dropped off a new one.Need refilled supplies just go to the place about 2 miles away and grab them. Had nice beach towles in the room. We had others in our extended group with not the same level of care.The part I loved the most - after being in a place for a week you can never plan out food perfectly and will always have extra. Here they wanted you to leave it behind and you know it will be used by some families in the community and not just tossed out! I will say this place won’t be for everyone if you are looking for 5 star resort feel that you would get in a fancy resort town in FL it is not you. If you want a place to enjoy your family and not worry about getting sand on the floor - this is your place!

Saida towers

Property was so convenient and nice views, we’ve stayed on this property several times, but only during summer this is our first time during spring break . Spring break there were a lot of young high school to college age so lots of partying, we will probably never come back at spring break, but summer time you can’t go wrong! This is one of my favorite properties to stay at, however the resort next to it Isla grand had a pool party / concert/dj every night until 2am that was so loud our room was thumping. Not sure if this is again just during spring break, but if you don’t want to hear that every night until 2am you might not be happy with this beautiful property. The plus side during spring break, temps were not ideal for beach but was so nice to have the heated pools and hot tubs which is where we spent most of our time. Overall we love this property, always so nicely maintained and the convenience is awesome. Great place for families with children of all ages. If you decide to go during spring break it seems this property was the best one for less nonsense with the spring breakers from what we saw.

Best location on the entire island

Would 100% stay here every time I come to the island. I have been coming to South Padre for the last 10-15 years and no place I have stayed at compares to this one! Corner room, top floor, stunning views, beautifully furnished and modernized.

Disappointed

The location is hard to beat, but there the positives end. Both toilets are “kiddie” toilets. Water leaks to the outside of the shower through cracks. Cracks throughout shower. Air vents are dirty. Hot plate in the coffee maker is rusted. One burner on the stove only knows one temperature…VERY HOT. The refrigerator door handle is held together with gray tape. Baseboards are dirty. Outdated throughout. Sheets had small blood stains. Paid $282 per night. Very disappointed in what we got for the money spent. There was a lot of play in the front door, and the back door stuck badly. I’m not a happy customer.

Great Views Needs Remodel

The condo has beautiful views but it needs renovation. The furniture is dated and stained. The bathroom vanity is banged up and toilet paper holder ripped off. The couches and especially the chair are dirty. The floors need to be refinished. We wouldn’t return to this unit.

Large Condo great ocean view~ Pet property

I couldn’t stay the 5 nites because of the pet odor. However ~ #1 I am allergic and have asthma so much that I can’t take a Zyrtec & go. Some pet properties work out some don’t. Lovely 9th fl. And the management Robert at SPI rentals found us a super clean condo and got us transferred in a jiffy! We were working so that glitch resolved quick was a miracle. Yaay Robert ~ we love you.

Great getaway from the Summer Heat!!

We love to come to South Padre and had a great time at this amazing condo. The views were gorgeous, the weather was perfect everything we needed was provided (except a few things like wine bottle opener and pot holders) and available for us to use. The location was great just a few minutes away from everything you need. My family had a wonderful time and we will be back!!!

We had a great stay at the condo. Wonderful view of the sunrise from the balcony and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the pools and being within easy walking distance to restaurants. Everyone on the property was very friendly. We’ll be back!

Perfect place to relax

This place is GREAT! The condo is large. We only have a family of four, but the space is oversized so you could easily fit larger families comfortably. The balcony overlooking the ocean was one of our favorite places to sit, early morning, lunch, evening… pretty much anytime we were resting up! The beds were all comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. We loved the multiple pool and hot tub options, along with direct beach access. Having been to cape cod, Virginia Beach, and outer banks, I’ll say that the sand on South Padre Island is the best we’ve ever been on - so soft and clean! And the time of year we went (early April) the ocean was pretty tame and also warm enough, making it easy for kids to swim/enjoy.

Best View ever!

Everything was great. We arrived at the condo just as it was being inspected. It was very clean, organized and although it is an older decor, it was all in good condition. We're so happy we stayed there. Only down side was the end of Spring Break party that went on until 2am. That's beyond the control of the condo so we just dealt with it. It's so nice I will probably stay there again. We always stay at the SAIDA Resort. This was our 4th time in 5years in South Padre Island. Loved it!
