Great place and great hosts

We were so happy with this beautiful, very spacious, very clean condo! And the hosts were so welcoming and always so helpful! Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom condo at Saida IV that was clean, stocked with the basic needs and had all the comforts of home. Blue Ocean Realty made this perfect weekend getaway a hassle free stay!

Great Condo

We had a great time at this condo. It was very nice and clean with comfortable beds! The location is perfect to the pools and beach. The beach toys, wagon and chairs were a HUGE help! We really appreciate the stay and will stay here again.

updated condo with prime location

This place is nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and very nice decor. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever had during our multiple stays at the island. The condo was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a holiday weekend stay. I highly recommend this rental.

This is an outstanding area, premium location. The host are extremely attentive, swimming pool is open till late. Color in the beach is just out of this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Place Especially for Elderly

Took the family and Grandparents to the beach. We could not ask for anything more in SAIDA IV ! Bathroom supported elderly and access to the pool bathrooms was great. The bar one of the pools was nice, and the bartender (forgot name) was very friendly and served amazing daiquiris. We will definitely consider staying again!

WONDERFUL MONTH STAY!!

Condo is great!! Beds are comfy and so is the reclining sofa for your evening movies or football. Super internet speed for streaming on all devices! Love the complex amenities. The tiki bar was so fun and made us feel like we were on a Caribbean vacation! Rosa is WONDERFUL to work with and very fast to communicate even in the after hours. Highly recommend Rosa and Rod with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals. We have already booked with Blue Ocean for next year!! Thank you for an excellent month long stay!

Beautiful and Spacious

We have been using SPI as our vacation spot for our family for the past 4 years. For 3 of those years we have used BOVR and they never fail to take care of us and give us the best possible vacation experience. They have done for us yet again with this beautiful condo, which is one of many. My kids absolutely loved the second bedroom with “their own bed”. Spacious floor plan and with all that you need. You should bring some of your own stuff like you would with any condo, but their condos are always provided with the most common things you need for a home away from home. Loved having views of the pool and palm trees. And of course the ocean! We had an amazing time during our stay and utilized most everything. We will always use BOVR for our SPI condos and will definitely come back to this condo!

GREAT FAMILY STAY

We had a great week at the Saida IV 408 Family Friendly condo. The pictures online were 100% accurate. Our family felt at home from the minute we opened the door. There is plenty of room for families to spread out within the condo and the grounds were perfect. We enjoyed playing tennis, shuffle board, swimming, and walking/playing on the beach almost everyday. Communication from Rod and Rosa was very clear. This was our first family vacation to SPI and will definitely not be the last. We hope this condo will be available the next time we vacation at SPI. Cheers!

Great Stay

This property was very clean upon check in and everything we expected from the photos. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen area was very large. Great views of the whole resort and beach from the patio. Having the shade on the patio the whole day was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge flat screen in the living area on the reclining sectional sofa. I would recommend staying here if you have a family for sure. The pool was right around the corner and plenty of grass areas for little ones to play. My boys loved playing football and baseball right outside the patio/building every night. The Kitchen was also updated with plenty of storage. The entry closet was the best for all your beach items from a long day out to store there. It also comes with beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to hall your items down to the beach. Rod and Rosa were also very responsive with questions we had prior to check in. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Spot

After staying in a lot of different locations in South Padre, I think these condos are my favorite due to the amenities, calm uncrowded vibe at the beach and easy access to restaurants and the mainland (which during high season traffic is really a factor to be considered). It's not the newest, fanciest condo building on the beach, but who wants fancy when you are covered with sand and sunscreen. And despite its casual vibe, the whole complex is well maintained, clean, and feels secure with gated access. Within this condo building, this particular condo has great décor with a modern beach vibe. And the organization and communication with the owner was really top notch. It also came with a lot of beach gear which was super convenient. The only thing I would have liked better is if it had a little broader view of the beach as it is tucked a little further back compared to some of the other condo units (that said it did have a view of the beach). I would definitely stay here again because the easy communication, the elevated décor and well stocked beach equipment are well worth it.

Relaxing on PSI

Nicely redecorated Condo, with spacious living & kitchen areas. Well appointed and supplied kitchen, luxurious seating in the the living area. Near by restraints, grocery and shopping. Enjoyable view from the balcony. The Management team was excellent to work with, and ready communication pre-rental and during the stay. Thank you Ron & Rosa.

Excellent stay!

The condo was so clean and beautiful! It looks just like the photos and it had everything that we needed. I had family from out of state with us and they were so impressed. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach access is great! I really loved the layout of the condo. The master room and guest room are separated and do not share walls. The recliners were a hit from my husband too. The pool can get busy, but it was still fun and they have an outdoor bar that sells food and drinks. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Nice locaton/amenities on south end of SPI

The physical property is excellent. The overall size of the 2 bedroom was surprisingly large. We especially liked that you never have direct sun on the patio(morning or evening). More patio time! Also, many amenities in the closet to use at the beach...very complete. The checkout time of 10AM doesn´t seem standard though, as most VRBO locations use the standard 11AM.... someone was actually knocking on the door at 10AM!!....but other than that a very delightful place! Definitely would consider again.

Extremely Satisifed

Extremely satified with our stay. My wife is very picky with the cleanliness and she was amazed at how clean the place was. They had everything we needed, beach chairs, a canopy, beach toys, beach towls and a beach cart to carry our stuff. Rod and Rosa were always available and in touch via phone text and through the VRBO app. Will definitely come back again.

Rod and Rosa's Team are awesome. We had a easy check-in which made it very convenient and hassle free. This place was ready and beautiful!! I loved the special touch with accent lamp being turn on when we first walk in. The complexes has every thing and more. I would highly recommend Blue Ocean Rentals on your next vacation trip to South Padre Island. I know I will. Beach girl, Christine
