Great place

Very clean, great location! Previous rooms we stayed at Siada had ziplock bags, paper plates and utensils this place doesn’t have any so purchase before you go.

Great getaway place

The condo was super close to everything and plenty big. We had up to three pools to choose from and private beach access. Spring break, as well as a SpaceX Launch, was happening (the main reason we came) so there were a lot of people, but nothing was really congested. Would stay here again.

Nice place

Enjoy the area and the complex. The condo below us was always up late playing loud music and yelling. I wish security would have talked to them. It was always a different condo having to tell them to quiet down. Love the tiki bar and multiple pools. Spacious balcony. Overall nice place. Just got unlucky with condo below us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location

Loved the easy access to the beach and the multiple swimming pools allowed plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a poolside spot. We enjoyed the convenience of the 2nd floor, complete with the deck that overlooked the pool area and a view of the ocean. This property is located not too far from the main bridge, which was great for getting to other destinations on the island quite easily.

The room needs repairs on balcony door for security, broken towel rack in Master Room along with no Hot Water in Master shower. Provided supplies(coffee, sugar & filters) only enough for 2 days. Misleading as to where to get add'l supplies(Not on Property, but 2 miles North on SPI Welcome office)Location and layout of unit was Great.

The price was very good, could use more toilet paper and beach towels, the lady that rents chairs on the beach did not show up some days. The water on the pools was not warm as I would like. Certainly plan to come back in august.

Nice and clean, bright. Management staff was very professional. A very safe environment. The condo itself could use updating - windows facing the Gulf side need to be replaced as moisture inside the windows and balcony door you can’t see out. Furniture inside could be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

The living room furniture was not comfortable. Other than this, the location and amenities were great. Beds we're good and kitchen well stocked.

One of the hot tubs at the property was not operational. The condo itself was clean; however the living room furniture desperately needs an upgrade. The unit had an issue with sewer gas coming out of the toilets, but was overall clean and well apportioned The property manager was kind enough to move us to a different unit in light of the sewer gas issue.

It was ok

The view was great and easy access to pool and beach. The property is old and in need of remodeling. Also, no curtains were available, which would’ve helped bc we have a small baby who still takes naps. The place wasn’t very clean. Old coffee with filter were left in the coffee pot. There was an ironing board with no iron. Our stay wasn’t horrible but wish it was better.

This condo is full of black mold. I've never been so disappointed and disgusted. There was black mold on the door frames, guest bathroom, a/c vent and furniture. We booked this condo for only 3 nights and 2 days as a mini getaway. The only time my husband felt well was when we were outside. We had to call his physician on our way back home (he's an asthmatic) and the physician called in antibiotics and breathing treatments for him. He didn't want to leave because this is the first vacation we taken in 3 years. The site clearly states no refunds so we felt trap. I have taken pictures of all of the mold and nasty furniture. I plan on sharing the information on my social media so no one else has this experience. I would never recommend this condo to anyone. Black mold is so dangerous for everyone and apparently, making money is more important to the owners of this condo.

Terrible experience

Place was not what expected - As soon as we walked in it had a foul smell Fridge was full of roaches (we have pictures) Next morning we woke up to bathtubs and toilets overflowing security knocking on door reporting a leak- we had to exit immediately due to odor they couldn’t accommodate us in the same area which was very unfortunate as we had family stay in the same area different buildings and it was very inconvenient to relocate. They did give us a place to stay for the remainder of the stay ,,, but at a location that was not water front like we wanted a smaller building and we were just not happy with it…we just didn’t have another choice but to stay.

OUR YEARLY FAMILY VACATION

THE CONDO STAY WAS NICE VEIW WAS PERFECT OVER LOOKING THE POOL HOWEVER, THE FURNITURE WAS OUTDATED AND SHOWER CURTAINS ONLY HAD A LINER WITH NO CURTAIN IN MASTER BATH SHOWER HEADS WERE OLS AND WATER FLOW WAS SLOW AS WELL THE REFIGERATOR WAS RUSTY AND LOOKED TO BE PAINTED AND LAMPS WERE NOT WORKING IN BEDROOMS NOT ENOUGH BRIGHT LIGHTING THROUGH PUT THE CONDO SLIDING CLOSET DOORS IN MASTER WERE HARD TO CLOSE NOT ENOUGH PILLOWS FOR BEDS
