Very nice condo for the price. Large patio overlooking Gulf. Comfortable sofas and beds. I've stayed at this exact condo before, and likely to book again.

Wonderful family condo! The sleeping arrangement of the rooms works great for several options of guests. Very clean, tons of utensils and supplies provided (shout out to the extra fans in every closet!). Some people complained about the wear and tear on the condo, but anyone from the coast knows that having rusty towel hooks on the amazing balcony is just par for the coarse. So close to the main strip, perfect for walking to dinner then going shopping. Only complaint was that the sweet guest book didn't have a pen with it, and I somehow didn't have a single writing tool in my luggage or van, whoops! Communication with the property was super easy with a very fast response. My husband is now in love with SPI and we are already planning another trip next year, and will very likely stay at this same rental!

South Padre

We had great stay at the condo, we wished we would have stayed for another day or two! We were very happy with the location, the pools and beach access. Bring your own beach towels as there are none in the unit.

Great place for a beach vacation

We loved the location. So easy to get to the beach. Pools were great. Everything was well maintained and constantly kept clean. No problems at all with noise for spring break crowd. The house had everything we needed, but be aware there are no extras. So don’t forget the small ingredients if you are going to cook.

Family Fun

Our vacation at your rental was beyond what we expected. It was clean and relaxing. Beautiful location and easy to get to the pools and the beach! We had to ask for more toilet paper and garbage bags for the 8 people and 6 days we were there. But that was the only hiccup! Other than that we would refer this place and the location to anyone! It was an absolutely relaxing vacation. The kids had a blast!!

Nice condo, great location

We really enjoyed this condo. Had plenty of room and just about everything we needed. Plus the view is amazing and great spot for people watching as well! The problems were, internet never really worked, tv in master did not work, and there is a bug/roach problem in the kitchen.

Last summer get away

We brought our family and my son's inlaws to vacation with us. We had such a wonderful time. The Condo was beautiful the view was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Everything went smooth with check in and check out.

Great start on SPI

The condo was perfect. We had never been to south padre before and it was very nice. Pool was great, beach was very clean. Water was not exactly blue like Florida but still 10x cleaner than Galveston. Elevators worked smoothly unlike some places we have stayed. Lots of beach toys in the storage by the front door. Recommended!

Great space, great location

this was a great condo!!!! plenty of room for 6 adults. The awesome large patio overlooking the ocean was a great way to spend a morning watching the sunrise, and the living room furniture was very comfy. We did have a clog in one of the bathroom sinks. I called to report it, and that process was easy, the call rep was so friendly, and the issue was resolved same day.

Perfect weather, beautiful beach, good food and good fun. Condo was exactly as listed. Kitchen well stocked, and plenty of room for the four of us. I would definitely recommend this property and the heated pool was a major plus!

Great fall break beach vacation

We had a school fall break and made a run for the beach. This property is perfect for large families or could accommodate two regular sized families (ours is extra large!) We were so close to the water and the pool, and were comfortable in the unit. It had everything we needed. It is also located close to anything you could want in the island or even Port Isabel. This checks all the boxes and we will definitely try to book this same unit the next time we return.

Great family condo great location

We loved this place! Property management was excellent we got our access codes, WiFi, and parking information electronically so there was no stopping one place to get keys, driving to another to actually go to the condo. That part was much appreciated. Also, we had trouble finding it at night but property management had text message capabilities and was helping give us directions even at 11 at night! We have stayed in several VRBOs over the years at Padre. This one was the perfect fit for our family. With two young children and a group of adults it had the perfect sleeping arrangements, kids silverware, games, sand toys, and even a cooler with wheels on it! We loved the kitchen space and it was fully equipped with anything you could need. The pool areas downstairs were clean and well kept. People did not stay up late making a lot of noise so it was very family friendly compared to some places. We love sitting on the balcony to watch sunrise and to talk in the evenings. This balcony was huge with lots of seating and hooks to hang swimsuits and towels! The owners really thought of everything. Beach access was a huge must for us but we really loved that there were no stairs! Having a wagon and a rolling cooler and small kids it’s always a fiasco getting down the stairs but this was a breeze. Would recommend to groups of adults and families alike! Can’t wait to visit again!
