Cockroaches! Sprayed 3 times while I was there. Had to leave and finish our vacation elsewhere. Supposed to be 24/7 communication which was false. Reported cockroaches along the freezer seal the evening I checked in. Communication with the unit management company, vrbo and the management company for the complex added much stress to our vacation. The unit itself..needs a new dishwasher, I’m short and I had to bend down to shower, bathrooms need a total remodel. Only 1 lamp in primary, 1 in Tv room and a hanging light in dining space. As others have noted the couches badly need to be replaced. The AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable enough. Had to leave our belongings in plastic bags to avoid getting bugs in our items as they were seen in ALL areas of the unit. The view is why this unit gets rented. It was a pain to move but it just wasn’t a safe place. They did refund some of our money although it took 7 days to happen.

Relaxing

Was a very nice place the only thing that need attention is microwave took 16 minutes to cook bake potatoe. Loved our view from balcony. Will come again.

El departamento tiene una vista espectacular, los muebles son muy antiguos así como La Decoración de los 80s, el sanitario de la recámara principal es muy pequeño, en la cocina hay electrodomésticos muy antiguos. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, tiene un refrigerador nuevo. En la sala hay una sillón que se hace cama pero en la mañana en star demasiada luz por una puerta que tiene persiana, que por cierto estaba rota. Tiene buena televisión por cable. Vi un bicho pequeño pero se me escapó, no logré ver que era.

It was great. The only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars overall was that all the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Saida II 502 had and a/c problem and they switched us to Saida I 303. Otherwise, we had a great time.

peaceful and relaxing

We've been to the Saida towers several times in different towers and we always enjoyed our stay. The important feature they offer is the 4 tennis courts. So we love coming back since my husband and I enjoyed playing that sport, besides walking on the beach...

Great View, Security and Location

View, Location, security, and amenities are all excellent with this property. Unit is dated, couch worn, bed worn, appliances including Hair dryer, coffee maker need replaced. Faucets, Plumbing fixtures and Shower ceiling need repaired/replaced. Silverware and other utensils were put away dirty. Remaining place was clean/clean sheets and towels. Unit has a great gulf view. Maybe because of time of booking - we felt we paid a 4 star price for a 3 star property.

Spur of the moment trip

Husband decided we were going to the beach and we had a week to get a place. This condo has great views and a large balcony. It is older but still had everything you'd need. Our only complaint would be that the furniture was not comfortable at all. The bed was good tho. We only had like 2 good days weather wise so we were inside way more than we wanted. It was clean and the staff was taking very good care of the building and grounds. We'd stay there again if we came back to the area.

Condo on the ocean- great resort property

This condo is very outdated. Bath fixtures are all corroded and disgusting. Lamp in bedroom was falling apart. The layout is great and the view is outstanding.

Amazing place

Pictures do not give this place the credit it deserves. Such a cute place decorated with absolutely adorable beach theme. The view is incredible. Private balcony. Location to amenities big plus. And your close to restraunts. Highly recommend this unit.
