Great stay

Great location and beautiful views directly from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very quick and easy access to the beach, which was definitely the highlight. The unit was clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Long Weekend

Family vacation

We have stayed in this condo twice and both times it has been amazing. Condo has everything you need. The view is amazing!! We will stay here again and again.

THE Perfect spot!

We had two adults and two kids under eight. We had an amazing experience in this condo. It’s become our new favorite and we hope to be able to stay here the next time we make the trek back to SPI. We loved the amenities of the complex and the few steps to the beach. The unit itself was well stocked as we cooked and ate most of our meals there for convenience. The grounds keepers were so friendly and kind they were great about acknowledging especially my kids if our paths crossed. I will warn you, there are stickers in the grass and along the edges of the sidewalks.

Fantastic (Large) Condo Right on the Beach!

Fantastic two bedroom condo with an amazing view of a great beach. Sand was clean and water was relatively clear for the gulf. Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Tennis courts, pools, and grounds of the resort were very-well maintained. Nothing the owners can do about it but just know that every pool at Saida has at least one person blaring music (95% tejano/spanish) most of the time. Depending on your perspective, it either adds a good party vibe or distracts from a relaxing environment. Definitely didn't affect our fun but it's a thing. We'll be back!

Housekeeping could have been better. Found dirty dinnerware with the Clean! Long dark hair on shower walls. Someone kept playing loud music around 2am! Happened twice during our stay. The complex is close to the beach , great views . Big comfortable balcony . Would have been perfect score except for the house keeping stuff.

Annual Trip to SPI

The condo was clean and perfect for my family. The balcony was exceptionally clean and a perfect view of the beach. Don’t have to walk far to the beach access and the umbrella rental is convenient. We experienced problems with the door lock. We were lucky that my teen stayed behind to let us in our first hour there. We made a grocery run and couldn’t get back in. Called the office and maintenance did arrive pretty quickly. They changed out the bolt but the keypad didn’t work. They came back with deadbolt keys and the keys didn’t work. At that time the maintenance person got the keypad working. We left for the evening and came back to no keypad. It was removed. The door to our condo was left unlocked and the keys were on the counter. They called us and we missed the calls. Why would you do that? We were lucky that our property was still there.

Great Location!

Absolutely loved this rental in Padre! It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as the view and the gulf breeze were just perfect. Property is gated and the neighbors were friendly. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

Propert mgmt has lack of guest concern!

it was excellent until Tuesday 3/8 when condo worker above us began using a power chisel to break and remove the tile floor. sounded like a machine gun shooting constantly at the floor, our ceiling, we were in and out, but weather was cold and rainy so most of tuesday was indoors. when i called mgmt people, the guy laughed about it and said nothing he can do. i said i can have police stop them for disturbance. he defended the action saying they CAN work on condos until 5. we dont manage 504. so i went upstais and amazing that the guy said he just finished. i told mgmt guy maybe they can schedule LOUD repairs during the slower season of winter. he laughed and said there is no slow season for South Padre.

Paradise

Our stay met all our expectations and more. The moment we saw the view from the balcony, we knew we would be spending our days in paradise. The condo was a perfect location with easy access to the beach and one of the pools on the property. One day was rather rainy but the condo itself is so pleasant, we didn't mind staying indoors.

Great location and wonderful stay!

This condo is in an amazing location! Great beach and ocean views. A short walk to the amazing Gabriella’s Italian restaurant. Also a short walk to Russo’s pizza and Johnny Rockets. We loved watching the fireworks from our own private balcony on Thursday night! Check in was easy and fast. This was our first trip to South Padre and we loved it. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. ❤️

None of my messages were answered

When emailing property manager, none of my mesaages were responded. Had to call several times to get a response. Property could've been a little cleaner. Beach view was great. Hallway was a little loud early in the morning.

Great Vacation!

This was our first time going to South Padre Island! When I chose this property I chose because of the location (beach front) and because of the photos. Sometimes looks can be deceiving but not this time. Everything is exactly as it showed on the photos and we were extremely happy. When we first open the door to the condo, my family went: "wow, this is nice, look at the view of the ocean....,everyone were impressed" We had a fantastic week and felt like we were home. Will definitely come back to South Padre Island and would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!!!
