No host met us, received e-mails from management company, that were very helpful. The condo met our expectations. One draw back no beach chairs available to go sit by the golf. That was very disappointing. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The view from the balcony was great! The kitchen had all the basic tools needed. Could have used a deep cleaning and some paint in places. But we had a nice stay.

Great place, Clean and Roomy

My wife and I vacationed with our 9 year old. We had a grand time and the area felt safe and parking lot was lit up. Never had physical exhaustion to and from beach because so close in proximity. Will definitely look to stay at Saida 2 again, for sure.

Relaxing Get Away

The property and unit were exactly what we have come to expect when we visit the island. We absolutely loved our time at Saida II and we will book there again next time. The beach at the south end of the island is also the best we have experienced! We can’t wait to return!

Good location with beautiful beach view

Except the bed frame making noise sometime when we were laying down, this property is an A+ regarding to the cleanliness and location/front beach view. The wide open kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms made our stay enjoyable. We definitely will recommend this place with friends and family. Thank you!

Great place!

My family enjoyed this condo! It was a great location with a better view! The new couch that replaced the recliners was very comfortable! Condo was great overall and would definitely stay again! Only suggestion would be to replace door keypad as a couple numbers don’t work well!

We would stay here again

We love that it has 3 pools and 3 hot tubs (only one pool is heated). We went in January so that pool was full. Might be better to heat one other one. Love that they have tennis courts (would suggest lining a couple for pickleball and having paddles to use). They have shuffleboard too. Nice view of the gulf!! We would stay here again. Had everything we needed for kitchen and bath for our stay which is nice.

Beautiful views

Wonderful, secure property. Views were incredible from our 3rd floor balcony. Close to all you need...shopping, restaurants and just steps to the pool and the beautiful beach. This was a wonderful week of relaxation.

We chose this listing based off of the location and being right on the beach. Only downside is the property manager office being so far off property, but other than that it was a great stay!

Everything was great but the cable TV did not work.

We called the management who said someone would come out to check the cable and no one ever showed. We enjoyed everything else but it would have been nice in our downtime to turn on the TV and relax

Perfect location!

The condo was close to one of the pools and to the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast and again in the evening. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature! The condo itself was clean and spacious. We made most of our meals and had plenty of pots and pans. Our only complaint was that the bed was NOT comfortable at all! Our saving grace was that we were exhausted every evening from being outside all day that we fell asleep easily. Please, get a new mattress - your guests will LOVE you for it!

Property as stated

Good views very quite and safe neighborhood. Condo was clean. A little dated and kitchen faucet needed some tlc. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer a huge plus. Didn't realize you had to go up a very narrow flight of steps to get to the roof but very nice area up there. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Much Needed Vacay

One of the best trips I had this year. We planned on doing more activities but ended up staying on the beach the whole trip. The beach umbrellas were great although we didn't know they needed to be rented first...Lol!! The vendors were really polite in letting us know and allowed us to stay. The only down side was the bed. Both me and my boyfriend were not comfortable, it honestly kept us both up all night. GREAT TRIP OVERALL!!

The bed was super hard and made my skin itch. The sofa bed was hard to get up from as it is very old. The stove only had 3 burners that worked and the showers were extremely slippery. A guest from another condo was parking in the handicapped parking area even though they did not have a handicapped sticker on their car. That was very rude since I am handicapped and have a hard time walking without a cane.
