Our condo was very nice! Looked like it had updated recently. Had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The room was clean and very convenient! Used the elevator all of the time due to a recent knee replacement!!I would definitely stay there again.

Great view for the daily sunrise from my balcony. Plenty of room in all the rooms. Comfy furniture. Loved that it had security gate.

perfect summer

the location is very nice, very close to the beach makes if easy for me and the kids. Close proximity to the reataurants. There were pools that we enjoyed swimming late at night. The condo is clean and has a beach summer vibes. My family really enjoyed our stay and planning to go back again. This is all we needed from a busy life in the City

Best resort on South Padre island

Would highly recommend! We stayed in the penthouse with a great view of the beach. Very clean and awesome bed.Super quiet, everyone is friendly and respectful. They strictly enforce no loud music by the pool, which is great ! Can walk to most restaurants and stores. Definitely stay again !

Short visit

First time to South Padre Island. Impressed with everything. Felt very secure. Close to everything. Easy walk out to beach and ocean. Suited our needs very well. Condo was well equipped.

Property is good, check-in/check-out not great

The property itself is nice - although we met people who told us it had recently been remodeled from what looked like a homeless shelter with black mold. They did a good job on the remodel. The kitchen is stocked with the very, very basics of dishes and accessories. Our flight landed early in the day and we had requested an early check-in. We were not allowed in the condo until exactly 4pm so we had several hours of wasted time waiting. Then our flight out wasn't until the evening so we requested a late check out (1pm) which we told was available unless the property was rented. We were never informed the property had been listed until 5 minutes before the 11 am check out when someone knocked on the door asking us if we were checking out. That was very frustrating and again, provided wasted time and scrambling to get packed up.

A nice condo with a great view!

The condo itself was upgraded and a nice stay. TVs in all rooms, with a great view. I will consider staying here in the future. The buildings are a bit older, but the community well maintained overall. Gated with security at all times. Good stay overall.

Great stay

Great condo location. Easy short walk to beach. Three delish restaurants within walking distance, although we drove:). 24 hour welcome center was very helpful with questions. Plenty of space for two adults and a 12 year old. Enjoyed the view and comfy chairs on the balcony. We’ll definitely book again if available.

Great Condo

The condo at Saida #604 was so nice, clean, and exactly as shown on line. The beds were super comfortable. The upgrades are really great and we truly enjoyed staying there.

2024 Sisters trip

This was our 10th annual sisters trip (5 of us). Unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Heated pools and hot tubs were awesome, could use more shaded areas by the pool. Everyone was very nice. Beach was awesome, took long walk everyday. Driving in area was very easy and not very busy. Quick trip to airport. Rented a car thru Turo. Golfed at a semi private par 3, very fun. Took a dolphin cruise...Capt Mike was great learned a lot about the area. Only negative was condo next to us had 17 people and were very loud late into the evening. We did not report but were confident that security would have taken care of the issue if we had. We did get an extended later check out and had an issue with getting locked out of our unit for a short period of time, front desk and security responded very promptly. Will return to this area.

Early Spring Break

This unit was great for a weekend getaway ahead of the spring break crowd. Very clean and had all that we needed. Close to the beach, plenty of pools in the complex, secure parking and close to shopping and restaurants.

New Year’s Trip

Condo and facility’s is extremely well taken care of and is beautiful. Heated pool was warm and enjoyable on chilly nights. View is incredible!
