The condo is very well kept in nicely stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The electronics worked great the pool worked great and it’s only a block from the ocean.

We were very happy with everything and extended our stay twice with no problems.The space is nice and it is well located.Unfortunately we got to see if the heater worked because it got quite cold on South Padre Island during our stay, and the heat and AC worked just fine. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was a bonus.

Fantastic trip!

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. Took my daughter, my sister, our pup and friends down for spring break. Condo had plenty of space and alllll the amenities. So nice to have a heated pool since the weather was a bit chilly. Very close to the beach and 4 blocks from wanna wanna! Check in was easy. I forgot to sign the docs (doh!)and the team was incredibly helpful with making sure we had everything ready to check in. 10/10 will book again!

Great little family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family, and we were even able to bring our fur baby as well. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area was great - We could have spent every day just hanging out by the pool and playing corn hole, shooting pool or watching movies. If we are ever in SPI again, we will definitely stay here!!

PERFECT AS ALWAYS

We stay here at least 1-2x a year with our two teenager girls and our puppy and ALWAYS have an amazing stay! One of the TVs was on the blitz and Alex was there within the hour to replace it. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing!

The unit itself was so clean! Cleaner than any other VRBO we have stayed at. Beds were comfy and we felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the fact that our dogs were welcome and that we weren’t charged an arm and a leg to bring them. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Can't wait until next time!

Athena Ares is a great complex with a ton of amenities for a great time on SPI! We are already talking about next visit and can't wait to come back. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area the most and condo layout worked well for our group. Location was convenient to the beach with a couple restaurant/entertainment options in either direction. The included beach equipment makes for an easy day at the beach and will be something we utilize next time!

The family agrees - this was our favorite condo on SPI! Checkin and communication were amazing. The condo had everything we needed or wanted. The location was perfect. Five star quality in every way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the condo!

We stayed at this property and loved it! Perfect size for the 5 of us. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach which was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great. Very clean and a lot of floaties and toys were provided. Overall we had a great experience and hope to return very soon!

This condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. Our stay was very comfortable. Use caution if booking over Spring Break. Large groups sometimes book multiple units in this complex. Otherwise a great stay.

Great location and pool area was our hang out area

We had 19 people stay for a week. We loved the condo’s as well as the pool area where we hung out as a group. The beach was an easy walk across the street and we spent alot of time lounging in the water and flying out shark kite. Had the best Pina Colada at Wana Wana which was within walking distance on the beach. Condo’s were clean and modern! Loved the whole south Padre island!
