This unit is in an older complex but has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated. We had great beach views from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being right on the beach and having a patio overlooking the Gulf Coast. The condo was clean (to some degree), the bed and couch were comfortable, there was excellent wifi, and great AC to keep us cool during the 100+ degree temps. There were a few minor issues during the four days we were there; only one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towels, no filters for the coffee pot, a broom but no dustpan (we took up the rug and swept a huge pile of sand into the corner of the living room upon arriving), extremely low water pressure which made it difficult to actually shower, and worn patio furniture (one chair was cracked/broken and unusable with a sharp piece of plastic poking through). Despite the minor inconveniences... including the elevator being out of order an hour before we had to check out and carrying everything we brought, plus our 60lb elderly dog, down three flights of stairs... we truly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall good, parking passes were not left , sent picture of a flyer asking us to keep patio door closed and was told that was parking pass. Notice was placed on our car saying we would be towed. Property manager responded right away with correct passes. Patio door still not fixed from previous reviews. Don’t shut all the way or you will be stuck. Hot tub wasn’t working, but location is perfect!!

The view is great for an older condo. Hallway a little dark but the feral cats who wanted to attack our dog were difficult

This is a great location right on the beach! The building is older, but well maintained. The condo has potential, but is needs to be taken care of. The tile floor in the living area has some cracks and broken tiles that have been poorly patched. The wall and the ceiling are also cracked in the living area. The cabinet doors in the bathroom are so swollen and warped that they will not close at all. The ceiling fan in the bedroom rattles and creaks. The balcony door is very difficult to close completely and lock. The dishes and utensils were so worn and dingy looking that we used disposable ones. I washed anything else before we used it. The stove worked, but had rust on it. We were only given one key for the condo, but I noticed all the other condos have key pads. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were good, but the bed covers were very thin like a sheet and no blankets were provided. The A/C works great!

First time staying here, and it was so relaxing! The pictures were accurate so that a relief. Beautiful view, cold AC, hot water, elevator worked, all in all, a great vacation was had with the help of Vacasa and their staff.

The location and view were great!! The microwave and shower curtain were dirty. Needs new shower curtain. No blankets. Did not know where to get trash bags or toilet tissue so purchased ourselves. Would stay again based on view!!

This was the perfect spot for a winter getaway. Bonus for being pet friendly! We had difficulty with the lockbox on departure but Ezekiel quickly helped us resolve so we could get on our way.

Very clean and well maintained condo. The couch others have mentioned as being uncomfortable has been replaced with a nice one that is just fine. I picked this because they allowed dogs and it worked out just fine.

This unit is nice... great ocean view on back balcony. The futon mattress in the living room along with the arm chair in the corner need to be replaced badly. Both are uncomfortable. The bedroom closet has a dresser with extra blankets . They all smell like moth balls 🤢... other than that, perfect location!

Location of Florence 1 is in a great location and a nice place for sure. The gates had very touchy systems to open which is frustrating when your hands are full. . The condo itself is in a good location but needs some updating and maintenance. The mattress was old and the footboard was dangerous. The bedroom closet stunk. Couldn’t put anything in the closet or chest in the closet. Some lights were out. The couch was very uncomfortable.
