This house is in such an ideal location, literally a block to the beach access. With the most ideal location, the house is absolutely beautiful and very clean inside. Would recommend 10/10, would love to stay again!!

This property was in a great location—just a short walk to the beach access—which made our stay incredibly convenient. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with multiple dehumidifiers, a smart addition for a coastal setting. Parking was easy and the check-in process was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. We've already recommended it to our friends and family!

Texas vacation

Property was well kept up condo was missing a toaster so i bought one and left it there the pool heater went down the second day and was still down when i left 90% of the other tenants were a frendly and joy to be around Fred the maintenance man kept the grounds beautifully kept up and was frendley

Picture are misleading

Very unhappy with our stay. The pictures made the condo seem very nice and put together but upon arrival we discovered that was not the case. It was way overpriced for the quality the website described; it is still very outdated. The fan in the living room is broken, the TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn on or connect to the satellite. The bathroom toilets are from the 70s with the small seats. The cabinets are falling apart and under the sink was falling in. The shower is very small and narrow.

Anniversary

The apartment is cute and well decorated. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking. Despite not using kitchen it’s well equipped. The balcón is also fun to enjoy with chairs outside. Please make note no elevator is present. Details to check in were 100% accurate and easy to follow. The sheets were amazing and soft to sleep in and the white towels were excellent. The lamps in TV were not working and the hallway bathroom had a funky bad odor of urine or moisture otherwise I would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness. I strongly recommend this cute 2 bedroom and would definitely lease again next chance I have to visit the Island. I look for details and this condo definitely had them. Thank you for allowing our family to make memories at South Padre Island. The good outweighs the 2 comments I am making.

Excellent

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and clean. Only two minor hiccups (coffee pot didn’t work and guest room tv was missing a cord) but neither made much difference to us and we had a great time on the island.

Family Summer Vacy

We came down from Houston for a week vacation. There was three if us. It was a perfect location, not even a block away from the beach. The condo was so cute and just right for the three of us. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator (just as an FYI for any elderly or those needing extra help). The condo did have a nice amount of necessities. We will definitely be back. P.S. Great Communication, you can just text your needs and fast responses.

Cute place - struggled with property management company

The condo is conveniently located and decorated in a cute beach theme! It was well-stocked with kitchen and beach essentials, which was perfect for out of town guests. The garbage is located right at the bottom of the stairs and you could smell it all the way up on the third floor (thankfully not in the condo), even when it had been emptied. Our experience with with property management company - Turnkey, I believe - was not positive. We texted when we arrived that there wasn’t a pool key and were told someone would be in touch with us by noon the next day. We never heard from them despite us following up on a daily basis. Not being able to use the pool/hot rum was frustrating as that was one of the things we looked for when booking. It seems this should have been an easy fix to drop off an extra key yet we were repeatedly told they were dealing with other issues and would be in touch.

It was the perfect home for me and my family! Just when you thought it couldn’t get better...we opened the closet in the master and found EVERYTHING we needed for the beach! You truly made our annual trip perfect!

Great value & location

Very close to the beach and has a lovely pool. House was mostly equipped but could have used a few items (extra cleaning supplies, detergent, garbage bags), we had to scrounge around town begging to exchange dollars for quarters to operate the coin-operated communal laundry machine. In hindsight, had I known I would have booked a unit with laundry or brought $10 in quarters. But honestly it was a great value for the price.

Beach chairs, floats for the kids, a cooler, an umbrella, a tent beach towels and even a beach blanket! Very soft, comfortable bed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Tried to immediately book again for next year, but only available for monthly stay. Super quiet. One block from the beach. Third floor and no elevator but enjoyed not listening to any noise from upstairs and was peaceful and a wonderful retreat!

(And that’s coming from an Interior Designer). The property was super clean and the property management company was available 24/7 (we never even needed then)! The property had a well-heated jacuzzi, along with a slightly heated pool. It was quiet, and the guests that were there were very kind. The beach was just a 2 minute walk away. The complex was well landscaped & maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation rental! We’ll be back for sure!
