Better than advertised! Very clean, very well equipped, awesome view, convenient to the beach, and the Renters Guidelines are specific and easy to follow. Especially TV operation. Should we return to SPI, this would be our choice.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property and we would definitely come back again! We love the location and being able to easily walk right out to the beach. Being on the 5th floor provides a fantastic view. The condo is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially love the closet with beach supplies including a wagon, beach chairs with built in shade covers, sand toys and boogie boards. We can't wait to come back someday!

Great condo with easy beach access. There are showers by the beach access to clean off when coming back to the condo. There is a wagon, sand toys, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs in the closet by the door to use at the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. There were night lights in the bathrooms that made life with littles easier.

Great long weekend experience!

Comfortable condo with excellent location/access to the beach and safety/security. Well stocked kitchen and bar glasses. Only comment is I would have liked a more comfortable mattress

The only thing I did not care for is there was a Rudy’s drink left in the fridge when I checked in. Other than that the place had a great view and very clean, There were also beach towels which were nice to use and a storage full of fun thing’s for the beach. Both showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was very convenient. The instruction book was very helpful and there were two awesome binoculars we got use. Easy access to the beach. I definitely will be going back.

Beach Condo Perfection !!!

Amazing views...steps to the private quiet end of beach. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony!! What more could you want? The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Well appointed with EVERYTHING you would need!! We've stayed in many condo's through the years and this was by far THE BEST!!!!

Amazing Location

This property was extremely clean and well equipped, and the listing information and the photos are accurate. My family had an excellent stay! One thing that is not clearly represented in the photos, is that the master bedroom does not have a door. It is directly off the living space and through a wide opening. The two rooms share the tv that is mounted on a swivel hinge. There is a folding screen for some privacy, but the bedroom is still open to the living space.One other thing that could be improved is the addition of some black-out shades to the windows. The existing vertical blinds don’t block the morning sun or even the light from the hallway from coming into the bedrooms. Overall, this was an excellent condo! It has direct beach access and is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach toys. I would recommend this condo!

Perfect Stay

The condo was in a great location with beautiful views of the beach and the Gulf sunrise! It was clean, smelled great, and had everything you may need. Communication with the host was fantastic and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great visit to SPI

My wife and I had a great time staying here. The condo was in good condition and well-situated close to dining options. We really appreciated direct access to the beach and the use of the beach gear supplied with the condo. The beach was never crowded despite visiting during Spring Break for Texas universities.

Short post-holiday getaway

Great condo and location for small families and short stays. Really enjoyed South Padre Island during getaway after Christmas. Purpose of trip was to visit Sea Turtle Inc. and really enjoyed natural beauty of island and marshes. Condo is very clean as others have suggested. Owners were very easy to work with and provided towels and beach toys, etc. Our family REALLY enjoyed the short walk to beach and heated pool. Views from condo are wonderful and beach is not very crowded as a result of location and secured access.

Beautiful and immaculate beachfront condo!

We stayed in this amazing 5th floor condo for 3 nights. Upon arrival, we were awed by the sweeping oceans views from the wall of windows...and our enjoyment continued from there. As has been stated in other reviews, the hosts have stocked this condo with everything you might need. Everything was spotlessly clean and odor-free, allowing us to immediately relax and feel at home. We also loved the security of the parking area and the private and easy access to the beach. I could go on and on, but we will definitely keep this property (and these hosts) on our list of places to return to.

Relaxing oasis

We absolutely loved our stay on the 5th floor condo! The view was spectacular and the condo had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, toys, wagon, and boogie boards! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Perfect Place for any family

Thank you so much for your hospitality and helping to make our trip so memorable! This was our first time booking like this and from start to finish everything was amazing. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. The location is great and has gorgeous views with availability to rent umbrellas for the day. The best part was all of the little things the owners thought of to have available. From beach toys, chairs, and a wagon all the way up to shampoo and every kitchen utensil- they thought of it all. I highly recommend this condo for any family looking to have a great trip with less stress. This by far was the best place for a family to stay and our kids can’t wait to go back! More than anything, thank you Becky and Mark for being so helpful throughout the process and for the great communication. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING BEACH FRONT CONDO!!

We had an absolute blast on the island! The condo sits on the 5th floor with an AMAZING view of the ocean and beach! It also sits in the atrium right next to the elevator which makes entry and exit a breeze! The condo was very clean and organized and very well stocked with toiletries and other items you may need during your stay. There is a pool and tennis court right by the main entrance but we spent all our time at the beach! Having private beach access is UNBEATABLE! The host has EVERYTHING you need for the beach, chairs with canopies, beach toys for kids, a wagon, boogie boards, you literally only need yourself and anything “extra” you want to bring like a cooler. ABSOLUTELY awesome trip and stay! We will definitely be back many times in the future!

Great place!!

The condo is spacious and well appointed. Owners have many nice touches in the place that make the stay very enjoyable. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for the family. Very clean throughout. The buildings are well maintained. Great view and easy beach access. Gated complex for security. Nice and quiet location. During our stay there were some storms brewing and Becky thoughtfully reached out to check on us and answer any questions or concerns about them. Would definitely book again.

Such a great location!

This property gives you a great view of Isla Blanca park so you have a nice open area. The beach view is incredible from the condo. The property is very clean and has everything you need. This was my second stay at one of Mark and Becky’s properties and will definitely stay again. They’re great hosts and I love this location. You can walk to some restaurants but still get a little more privacy than sites in the center of the island. Can’t wait to return!

Changes

Really enjoyed the new environment. Having stayed at Isla del sol for the previous 30yrs plus I was a little apprehensive. Y’all did a marvelous job of re-assuring me that we have a new home to go to for many years to come.. for the record my two sons and their families also stayed on the property at the same time.
