Host was extremely helpful and communicative. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The views from the balcony are gorgeous and a perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee after a walk on the beach. Access to the beach is just steps away which is super convenient. Side note: The hotel next door appears to host a DJ for a couple of hours nightly. We were able to hear the music from inside the condo.

Great communication, very clean , well stocked kitchen ,comfortable bed , great balcony furniture and view !! We stayed over the Nee year holiday and had fireworks on the pier so got to enjoy from the balcony. Great place, great stay!!

The home is beautifully decorated and overall comfortable. I will say we apparently didn't read the description clearly. It is a 3rd floor unit. Beautiful views and location. There is no elevator, that was stated but we missed the 3rd floor location. We also missed that there were no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, paper towels that we have had in our previous rentals. We did purchase and leave those items for others to use. There was s stain on the toilet upon arrival. Owner said it was our fault because there was blood on the pillow case. Yes, my husband has cancer and the drugs affect his lips and they can weep. It was the way they said the stain on the toilet was probably from the same thing that made me sad that I had reached out to them before I gave my review on here. I even told them that, and she was unkind in her response and that was a gross assumption on their part.They even complimented us on how we took care of their home.Overall we had a good trip. It was the follow up that took a downward turn.

Exactly as listed! Very nice and relaxing. There is a bar/club next door, but when the door is closed you cannot hear the bumping music. Was on the 3rd floor, but still a great stay! Ready to go back!!

Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony, watching the sun come up. Great place to stay! As others have mentioned, there is an outdoor bar next door that plays music fairly loud at night. They were done before 10 or so. They played many different genres so if you didn't like what they were playing, wait 15 minutes! We enjoyed it, even at our age! Fireworks right off the balcony a couple times during our stay.

10/10 recommend staying at this location! The place is clean, beds are comfortable, balcony is perfect, and the security guards made us feel safe! And I cannot say enough about the sunrise from the balcony! INFINITELY STUNNING!! Bar Louie and Clayton’s are right next door with an amazing atmosphere overall and just a few steps on the beach away!! Live music, dancing, and fireworks off the pier Friday and Saturday nights! Inside the condo, you can barely hear the music playing so that was not an issue! And Turtle Inc. is right across the street, such a humbling experience!Insights: Make sure you buy bags of ice as there are only 3 ice trays in the freezer. Parking can be a hassle as beach goers like to park in reserved spots - security does a good job of keeping this to a minimum though. Take your own beach towels but there are 2 beach chairs in the closet.Us Missouri gals will definitely be visiting again!!! Thank you for allowing my daughter and I to make unforgettable memories on her 24th birthday!

Beautiful unit! Celebrated 20 year wedding anniversary. Beautiful spot right on the beach. Defanatly a hot spot of action going on. Never a dull moment in the area or beach. If you like action and movement of people this is the spot.Fri & Saturday was a beautiful fireworks on boardwalk. Nice and cold in unit. If i had any issues the owner took care of it quickly. Beautiful morning sunrises!

We had a wonderful time at the Tiki. This was our 3rd time staying at the Tiki and this condo is our favorite so far! You simply cannot beat the location/proximity to the beach and bars/restaurants/souvenir shop. The condo was spotless and very comfortable - the hosts were very responsive and everything was perfect - smooth from check-in to check-out - chef's kiss! We will be booking again!

Definitely the spot to be if you want to be right on the beach but still close to some night life!Mornings were super quite and serene! A very short walk to the beach. Loved the balcony area overlooking the beach and right by the pier! if you go during fireworks time it's right outside your back door!

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Perfectly decorated and we loved watching the ocean and the waves from the balcony. We liked being able to walk down the beach to a couple of nice little beach bars. Also liked walking to the Sea Turtle rescue and hospital just down the street. My only knock, and it is very common at a lot of VRBO’s is the lockbox. Once you put in the code you literally have to pry open the box with something ( I used my car key) in order to get it open. Overall we loved it here and would definitely come back.

Birding Hotspot

Best location for easy access to SPI Birding Center and other local birding hot spots during spring migration. Balcony view of ocean and steps away from the beach. Fireworks every Fri and Sat was fun! The villa is perfect and super comfy bed.
