  • Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals is excited to present Ocean Vista Towers 906, a remarkable property that boasts stunning oceanfront views. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and includes a separate laundry area for added convenience. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the expansive balcony, while the main ensuite bedroom features a king-sized bed and an office desk, perfect for those who need to work during their stay. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds. Additionally, the living area includes a pull-out sofa that converts to a queen bed, enhancing the unit's capacity. The gated complex offers a secure environment and a variety of amenities, including swimming pools, a hot tub, a children's playground, a clubhouse, a small gym, and a tennis court. Ocean Vista is ideally situated within walking distance of the Entertainment Center, where guests can find a selection of restaurants, shops, and bars. For added convenience, the Blue Marlin Supermarket is also within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Come and stay with us!

    The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #906 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

    IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

    You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

    VayKLife is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

    1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass will be issued at the onsite office and it should be placed on the vehicle's dashboard as soon as possible.

    2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

    3. Pets ~ Two small dogs under 25 pounds each are allowed at $105/dog cleaning fee. Dog run located on the south side grass area by the pool. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

    4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

    5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor, south side, of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

    6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

    7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is NOT included.

    8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

    9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

    10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

    11. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

    Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

    Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

    Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

    Subletting not allowed.

    Note: The owners of this property will not allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

    Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

    The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

    Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

    Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

    "Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

    Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

    Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

    Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.

    The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.

Great oceanfront condo

This place was amazing! The views were spectacular. There is a great deck, and we had everything we needed in the condo. Very clean too. We had a problem with the air conditioner, and Rod and Rosa had someone there within an hour. We will definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

South Padre Perfection

My Family had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to beautiful sunrises was magical. The condo was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for remote work. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but also quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this spot if you want a peaceful and picturesque beach getaway! We are already planning our next trip back!

Ocean Vista

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oceanfront condo, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view of the Gulf — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the balcony was absolutely unforgettable. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and nearby dining and attractions. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this spot offers the best of both worlds. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic coastal escape. I have used Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals before and they always give 100% great service. Both owners are on top of their game always.
