Nice, Clean Property Near the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy and nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Somehow we couldn't get the dishwasher to run after we loaded in the dishes. We were a little surprised to find out that there were no hand shower wands nor exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Initially we couldn't unlock the door when we got there at 10pm because we had received the wrong code. We contacted Cathy the owner and she promptly provided the correct code that enabled us to unlock the door successfully. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable!

Beautiful, Clean, comfy place for our family vacation! Great kitchen with everything you could need. Nice showers in both bathrooms, comfortable beds. Close to the pool, close to the beach. Having a place to feel "at home" for the stay makes for a wonderful vacation.Thank you!

The condo was beautifully decorated. Kathy, the host, responded to my questions in a timely manner. Check-in instructions were clear and seamless. Stairs were a challenge due to my age, but that was not Kathy's fault.

Great place but not great communication with host

We loved our stay on SPI. The condo was nice and big and very comfortable. Great location to beach. Our only complaint was the host was very misleading and told us she would refund our first night stay due to a hurricane coming into the area. We changed our travel plans (we had to drive two days-18 hours to get there) to accommodate with her promise of a refund. At the last minute the storm turned and missed the island and because of that she rescinded the offer for a refund. We were really disappointed and felt very misled especially since It was her recommendation originally that we don’t come the first night due to safety from the hurricane. We also had multiple issues with the internet and the host was not very responsive or helpful. Luckily on our third day we got It to Start working.

Amazing Easter weekend getaway

My husband and I came down with our daughter and my parents. It’s our 3rd time to the Tiki, first time at this unit! It was a beautiful unit, perfect for our family. Very clean and loved the decor and large kitchen island!. We spent days at the beach and evenings by the heated pool! It was a perfect 4 day getaway! Would stay here again!

Friendly getaway

We absolutely love the Tiki condos. This year was our 3rd year and we brought friends. The space was beautiful and spacious. We absolutely loved the large kitchen and island. My husband loves to cook so we were able to make a gourmet meal one night. The kitchen supplies were all there. One night we had pizza but was missing a pizza pan and cutter. ( would be a nice addition but not necessary. ) We made it work. The living room was cozy and the whole place was beautifully decorated. Beds were also very comfortable. I'm attached to my blow dyer, so I was surprised to see there wasn't one included. Again, I made it work. It was vacation. :) The location and entire stay was fantastic. Definitely would stay here with a group again.

The property was great! It was the property owner that wasn’t so great. We felt micro managed from the the moment we walked in the room. First thing was “cleaning crew” would go in our room without consent and basically inspect the room while we were not in it. They also had an uncomfortably weird selection of books about Adolf Hitler that raised several concerns. Then while we were swimming in the pool, the condo security made it a point to only tell the people in my party that we could not jump in the pool because jumping in the pool was considered “diving”, and diving was not permitted. We were not the only people in the pool and we were not the only people jumping in the pool. Day of check out, the cleaning crew barged into the room as we were packing, not giving us the opportunity to properly pick up before we vacated. And they reported to the landlord that we left the place a complete mess. They complained that we got sand in the room. Which I thought was ridiculous because the condo is located on the beach. It’s impossible not to get sand in the room. It was a great location and room, but I will not go back to that renter.
