Overall, our stay was very good. The first impression was that everything was smaller than expected and I opened the curtains to find scaffolding blocking the view of the beach. Luckily, that was moved the next day and although there was ongoing repair work noise, we could see the beach.I liked that we had plenty of high quality towels to use. That isn’t usually the case.We had to cut our stay short by 2 days due to travel/ weather issues but enjoyed every day of the time we were there.

Fabulous ocean view

This is a great property! Perfect ocean view from 2nd floor with a walkout balcony. Short walk straight onto the beach. Parking onsite plus locked gate are great pluses. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking dishes, pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean and in great condition. I would stay here again!

Absolute perfection

This quaint little condo is clean, recently remodeled and a few yards from the beach. The owner provided everything you would ever need for a stay. If you have more than 2 guests bring extra towels. The complex is dated but well maintained and you cannot beat the views from your balcony. It’s also quiet and secure. I’ve tried the fancy high rise pricey condos but this one will be my go to from now on.

Smaller than I thought. Nice view of ocean. We were only provided 2 bath towels for a two day stay. No ice or icemaker in refrigerator. Was ok, I guess for the price I was expecting a nicer condo.

Great spot for a couple- right on the water! Even though we didn’t get sun, the view was spectacular! Rene was very responsive to any questions we had too. Condo is right next door to Wanna Wanna which we enjoyed too. Thanks for everything!

The views are stunning and can't be beat. We stayed over Christmas vacation. The heated pool was a plus and having laundry on site was a blessing. The jets in the hot tub did not really appear to work, but that is a property manager issue. The living room furniture was different than pictured, but that was fine. The queen size bed is very high and was hard for me to get in to at 5' 1, but it was super comfortable. Overall was a great experience and communication with the property owner was very quick and accommodating.

Perfect location on the beach

We enjoyed staying in this condo as the unit is right on the beach and the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee. The apartment can use some TLC as previously mentioned by another customer. Some stain on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets go a long way in making this a perfect unit for 2 adults and perhaps if you have small kids it works. The ceiling in the living room was patched due to a leak we presume but the entire ceiling should be painted as well as the ceiling in the bathroom as it is peeling in way of the shower. Also a bug service would be helpful as we caught some of the big brown Texas famous beetles. We certainly would come back again to this unit.

Decent and adequate

Decent place to stay. It could use some routine maintenance and TLC. Having a “real” closet would be nice and clean patio windows would certainly make the ocean front view more enjoyable from the inside when it’s hot and humid outside 😬 It seems that the unit directly above us was very active during the night…. Moving of furniture and rolling carts with lots of heavy footsteps???

Our first South Padre experience.

This is a charming one bedroom condo, it was just the right size for my husband and myself and I think it would work if we brought our two grown kids too, but any more than that and it could be a little crowded. The location is to die for, right on the beach, early sunrise views and quiet evenings on the balcony are a must. I can't wait to come back and will definately stay in 204 again. Renee is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with.

Room on the Gulf

Enjoyed the view from the room. Owner was very helpful with check in information. Location is good and Wan Wan right next door making for quick access to food, drink and good music. Wife and I really liked the place and look forward to booking the condo again.
