More lovely than hoped for!

This stay was one of our more enjoyable family trips, with everyone enjoying themselves immensely. The accommodations, room, linens, beach gear, pools, and kitchen were wonderful. The host was over-and-above helpful and I'd highly recommend this property.

Condo good size for family

The condo is prime location. Pool and accommodations such as game room were as expected. There was an issue with noise after hours and also unrelated other residents and guests who the staff and owners had problems with and police were on the scene late at night. We had not had a problem previously with this and were surprised by the circumstances. Other than that stay was accommodating.

Amazing condo! Great spot for family vacation!

This was our first time visiting SPI and my family had a great time. Our stay was over Easter week. We felt right at home here. The view was amazing! I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning! Kitchen was well stocked, which was very handy since my daughter has celiacs disease and I prefer to do most of our cooking. That being said, we found a handful of options that were safe for us to dine out to as well! The pasta and pizza at Russos was our favorite. The coffee at yummies was fab! They were both very close! We loved walking the beach! Spent lots of time in the pool/hot tub. Visiting turtle inc was very neat! They had a wagon filled with chairs and some beach toys which my kids enjoyed. The carts at the entrance made it easy for hauling up bags and groceries. We appreciated the free parking as well. 10/10 My family is already talking about staying again!

Amazing Stay with Breathtaking Views!

I had an incredible stay at this VRBO property in South Padre! The listing was completely accurate, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular—truly breathtaking!The apartment itself was very spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. One of the best parts was the convenience of being so close to the beach. After enjoying the sun and sand, the large swimming pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect way to relax and recharge for another fun-filled day.This property is packed with great amenities, including a gym, pool tables, and even an in-house movie theater—perfect for keeping everyone entertained, especially if you have young children.Overall, this was an amazing place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Sapphire 17th floor condo was fantastic! The views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment was cozy, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. The entire process was smooth, and we truly loved the place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Awesome condo!

We have rented this condo at least 6 times and highly recommend it. The property is beautiful with great views of the gulf from the balcony. The condo is well-appointed and very nice.

Very nice, completely as advertised, worked very well for my wife and I, my two sons and my daughter-in-law as well as our three year-old grandson. Initial minor issue with the air conditioner was fixed within 20 minutes of placing a call, very nice service. All in all a big thumbs up.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay, the beds were comfy and soft, nice sheets. Beautifully decorated and the beach cart, chairs and toys were amazing to have. It was a huge bonus. We will definitely book for next summer! Thank you to the wonderful owners and property manager for making this so enjoyable.

Five Star

I am taking a big risk by telling the truth about this VRBO. My outstanding review could result in my difficulty finding it available for me in the future. Yes, I would definitely stay there again. I have returned to SPI for many vacations, staying in homes, gulf side, bay side, you name it. My experiences vary. This rental property was outstanding. The owner provided everything you could possibly need from kids beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon and other accessories to top quality pots and pans, dishes, etc. I stayed for a month and it was like home. With past experiences, I had brought my own pots and pans, utensils, towels, small appliances, etc. None of mine were needed! From a Keurig to a Mr. Coffee, to electric skillets and slow cooker -- so unexpected! The view was fantastic, fireworks from the balcony, property service people were so kind, local amenities within walking distance, beach access was easy and the pools are beautiful. I felt safe by myself or when family arrived and children wanted to play in the central Game Room or reserve a movie in the private theatre. I had other family members who rented two other units and this one was -- by far -- THE BEST. (P.S.: I did accidentally drop the Mr. Coffee karafe on the very first day, and ordered a replacement for delivery from Amazon. No problem!) Hope to stay here again, and again (providing my review doesn't fill up their calendar)!!

Nice property

Property is nice but we had ac problems the first night and it was very hot. Property is very safe but I don’t agree with them not allowing any guest. We came to celebrate our daughters bday and found out we couldn’t have my in-laws to visit. Front desk employees were not so friendly and securities kept asking my girls and eyeing us constantly looking for property bracelets.

This was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed at in South Padre Island. It has everything you could possibly need and the resort is great. Fun times!

This condo was perfect!! The view was beautiful, as well as its in a perfect location. It's literally right over the bridge so you can avoid the traffic going north on the island. The rooms were very good size and each had their own tv which was nice, as well as the beds we're comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything you could need. A huge bonus was that the owners leave beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, skim boards, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach; which was a super nice addition, so we didn't have to purchase these items for one time use. The condos do offer umbrellas with 2 chairs to rent which is also a good option. I'm not sure of the cost as we didn't use them but the option is there. The pool is refreshing after your time on the beach. If you want some great fresh homemade food go to Mahi Nic. It was the best food we had while we were in SPI and super close to the condo. The owners are super nice, service was great and shrimp/Mahi tacos were the absolute best! Overall you can't go wrong with renting this condo, it's a great choice.
