- The HOA requires guests to submit the registration form to the owner and sign it under rules. The owner will email you the registration form weeks in advance. Guest must return the form 3 days before the arrival or check-in may be denied
- All guests on the registration form need to review the rules to follow
- No smoking
- No glass at the pool or beach
- No pets allowed. The HOA has a strict no pets policy and will demand boarding the pet to any local pet resort
- No visitors will be allowed by the front desk if a full house of 8 people already met (including kids or infants), and no parties, or large gatherings in the condo
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and check-in
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: There is a mandatory daily resort fee that's included in the cleaning fee
