    The Space:

    Thank you for checking out our super cool & spacious condo F102 ground floor at La Isla - one of the Island's newer complexes.



    This oversized 1200 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo walks right out to the heated pool area allowing a max of 6 total people. This property is walking distance to the public beach access as well as several great restaurants like Sea Ranch & Dirty Als plus Isla Blanca park to view SpaceX launches mid week.

    This condo is super clean, with granite and all tile floors. Even the most discerning tastes will be satisfied here, other than the fact it is not beachfront. There is a 3 night minimum on this rental per the HOA guidelines.



    This property also has a basic onsite air conditioned gym.



    While the pool is heated, bear in mind it is only heated to 80 degrees. There is community jacuzzi as well as community use charcoal BBQ pits. This complex really has nice amenities that are hard to find. Lots of bedding for your family and the fully equipped kitchen will save you money eating out all the time as well. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm.



    There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a small dedicated desk with high speed wifi and multiple Smart Tvs. All bedding is clean and included.



    The former Schlitterbahn Waterpark (now known as Sea Park SPI) is walking distance as well or about a 1 to 2 minute drive away from La Isla.



    Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional



    Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. The primary tenant must be 25 years of age with no exceptions as well as the rules of max 6 guests and minimum 3 night booking. There are a max of 2 cars allowed on property and a golf cart is considered a vehicle.



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



    If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



    Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



    Property "quiet hours" are 10 pm to 9 am - this is a family oriented complex not suitable for party animals :) La Isla F102 is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. The short term rental permit number is available on request from the City of South Padre Island. For stays 4 nights or more we do offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.

    Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.



    Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

    Guest Access:

    You'll have full access to our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Step out onto your private patio and enjoy direct access to the inviting heated pool. Take advantage of the community amenities, such as the jacuzzi and charcoal BBQ pits. A basic gym is available on-site. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Free off-street parking is included.



    The Neighborhood:

    La Isla condo complex is ideally located, placing you within easy reach of South Padre Island's best offerings. A short walk, approximately one block, will lead you to the beautiful public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. Food enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to popular restaurants like Sea Ranch and Dirty Al's, both within walking distance, offering diverse dining experiences. For those interested in witnessing SpaceX launches, Isla Blanca Park is also conveniently close. You'll find a variety of shops and services along Padre Boulevard, a short drive or bike ride away. The neighborhood is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and convenient access to island activities.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy! Free parking is available off-street at the condo. For those flying in, the nearest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-40 minute drive away. While public transportation options on the island are limited, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider renting a golf cart for a fun and convenient way to explore the island, especially to reach the beach and local restaurants. The condo's central location makes many attractions within walking or biking distance.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please take note of the following important details for your stay at La Isla F102. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A key code will be provided the day of check-in, typically by 3 PM, to the phone number on file. To maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License, an e-sign rental agreement with a photo ID attached must be completed prior to arrival; this is mandatory.



    The primary tenant must be 25 years or older to book unless you contact us prior to arrival. The maximum number of guests indicated is strictly enforced, including infants. Subletting is prohibited. The property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, with our office open from 9 AM to 5 PM daily.



    Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; please be respectful of neighbors. The pool is open from 8 AM to 9 PM, including outdoor hot tubs if applicable. No smoking or parties are permitted. Loud noises are never allowed, including music. For stays longer than 2 nights, you may want to bring extra supplies as we provide a starter pack of essentials.



    Parking is limited to 2 cars. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, dishes are in the dishwasher, and trash is taken out upon check-out. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.

    We are readily available to assist you throughout your stay! You can reach us via the Airbnb messaging platform for any questions or needs. We strive to respond to messages within a few hours, typically much faster. For urgent matters, please note that our office is open from 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week, and we can be reached via the Airbnb messaging platform during business hours.
