Ok but outdated

The property is in a nice location and has everything you need however it’s very outdated. Pillows were old and gross. The bathrooms need upgrades as the seem dingy. The house appeared fairly clean but I would not stay again. Beds are not comfortable and bedding is very old. Don’t stay if you don’t like stairs. It’s three stories and stairs are tile and narrow. Pool was nice.

Inaccurate listing information and depiction of home.

Although the house was in a great location, we were disappointed with the home and property for multiple reasons. When we first arrived, the house smelled pungent, and the backyard was overgrown and a mess. The bottom floor bedroom closet smelled like something had died in it. When it stormed one of the nights we were there, water came out from under the baseboards and soaked some of our clothes sitting nearby. It also soaked the floor around the bed. The bed is very old and uncomfortable. There is a dent in the mattress, and it sounds like it will break when you get on it or move. It also said it’s a queen size when it’s actually a Full size. The bathroom on this floor also had a shower that was hard to open, and the clean towels were kept under the sink with a toilet plunger instead of on the towel shelf above the toilet. The kitchen table was broken. Although Vacasa sent someone over to fix the legs, they ended up crooked and still sketchy. The washer only can be used on one setting (it is broken and will not change the setting from delicates). Also, If you change the spin cycle off low, it will not drain the water or spin. There was no broom for us to sweep, and we had multiple kids in the house that we needed to clean up after but couldn’t. We notified the maintenance team but had no reply. There were also no extra blankets for the pull-out couch, and we had to add the sheets. ALL furniture was very worn out. Couches had holes and stains and one bed felt unsafe.

Great Spot!

We had an amazing experience, the place was lovely. Family and I got to relax and enjoyed the house so much we will definitely rent again If we go back to SPI. Also, great communication with landlord, answers on time.

Perfect for our family

We were pleased with the layout of the house. The pool and the hot tub were a hit with our kids. We plan to be back next winter and would be happy to rent this house again. There were a few outlets that did not work in the bathroom, the garbage disposal was not working when we arrived and the glass door had issues. The VACASA worker was on vacation but came and fixed them when he returned. None of the problems with the house had any effect on us enjoying our time.

Great spot

Easy check In and plenty of space. The wash and dryer did not work well. The washer would just stop and keep the clothes soaked. The dryer would not fully dry the clothes. Other than that. Everything was great for the price. Spacious and we loved having the pool in the back
