Beachfront building with prime location neighboring Wanna-Wanna and all the fun that comes along with it (bar, beach restaurant, live music, beach umbrellas sets for rent, games, etc). The condo offers 1 bedroom and 1 bath to accommodate 5 guests with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a full sofa bed in the living room. A fully stock kitchen, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, television, Internet, an outside balcony to sip your cocktails and watch the sunrises in the mornings. The common areas offer a swimming pool (seasonably heated), hot tub, and onsite manager. Minimum age to rent is 25. One small dog is allowed with a pet cleaning fee of $100. Additional info on a signed rental agreement is required.
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.
The owners of La Internacional #305 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass is a must.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 5 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
4. Pets ~ welcome a small dog with a $100 pet cleaning fee . The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed inside the dumpster or the trash chute on your floor. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Well maintained property & great location
Beautiful beach view from the living room/ balcony. The property is clean & well maintained. Its slightly small but comfortable for a small family for 2-3 days. Overall we enjoyed our stay here !

Great little condo
Small but clean and a good view of the beach. Right next to wanna wanna bar so some evening noise but only when sitting on the balcony. My only complaint was the neighbors smoking on their balcony. It’s an older complex but great access to the beach.

Summer vacay
Condo was perfect for our small family of three. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully stocked. Balcony was amazing, looking to the ocean and hearing the waves was great! Check-in was easy, owners were quick to respond to questions. Beach access was great, pool was great. We would definitely return.

Loved our stay!
I came to SPI with my two school aged children. We LOVED the vicinity to the beach, the views, and the accommodations were a wonderful size for us. It all felt clean upon arrival. There were camping chairs in the closet which was nice too add a chair to the balcony so we could eat out their together (albeit very closely). Boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub, most of the time we had the pool area to ourselves. Basic kitchen items/tools were helpful. We would consider staying here again if it was just the three of us but it might have felt a little too tight with our whole family.

Very Nice Condo on the Beach
This condo is right on the beach with a fantastic view. It is steps from the building to the beach, which was amazing. Check in was very easy and smooth with a keypad for the building and another for the door. The unit is updated and very well decorated. The AC worked great, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable.
The building was older and there is only one elevated for the entire building, which is a hassle with luggage. Also the balcony points directly at a very noisy beach bar. It didn't bother us but should be noted for anyone wanting a quiet stay.
This rental advertised as pet friendly, and we brought our dog with us. We paid a fee, but the sign inside the unit said there was no upfront fee. That sign also warned about a very large penalty for even small things like dog hair on furniture, and that was never communicated prior to arrival. Our dog is well behaved and does not shed, and we would have stayed somewhere else if we knew this unit was that strict.
Also, the online info says check out was 11 AM while we kept getting texted about 10 AM check out. We left earlier due to an incoming storm, but the conflicting information between this and the pet policy was annoying

Location and place
We had a great time at this property , very convenient location to any places at the island that you want to go! Place itself is clean and balcony is a great bonus to see breathtaking sunrise every morning! Fireworks also could be seen from it ;)

Parking
I was unable to secure a parking spot for two days. There are not enough parking spaces for all tenants. Security was checking tags and all vehicles had them. I had to search street parking which is not what I want to do as a 70 year old person at 10 pm
