The condo is beautiful and clean, making it the perfect location for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Rosanna was an excellent host and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend the Glam Pad!

Host provided good communication at all points while making our reservation and during the stay. The condo was clean, all beds including the bunk beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Great peaceful view of the ocean and dunes. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated.Thanks for a great vacation Rosanna!

Stay was wonderful and a very easy process. The only downside that I wish was specified in the listing was that the master bedroom has only sliding barn doors instead of a standard wall and door. It didn’t leave for total privacy. However that was the only minor concern. Kitchen was fully equipped with standard items that definitely helped with our later arrival to not have to worry first thing in the morning about coffee. Everything was great and absolutely will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was comfortable and convenient! We loved seeing the beach and having very quick access to it and we got to see a space x launch from the balcony so that was amazing! The host, Rosanna, was very quick to communicate and so nice! I highly recommend this lovely condo!

The entire stay was very clean. From the rooms to the staff’s upkeep in the building, I was impressed. Kitchen had most tools you needed for small meals but seasoning cabinet could be upgraded. My family and I will be back!

I don't normally leave a big review, just the 5 stars... but really loved this place. Well stocked kitchen, thoughtful little extras like a well-stocked "emergency" toiletry kit, lots of beach toys... and great communication with the host, who helped us with an unexpected VERY late check in. Would recommend!!

Incredible stay. The condo is well equipped and very well kept. The kitchen has absolutely everything - cutting boards, utensils, seasonings, etc. From beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, sunscreen, after care lotion - one only needs to bring their food of choice and themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo. The grounds are quiet, family oriented, and very well maintained.

This condo exceeded our expectations! From high end cookware to an abundance of quality beach toys and supplies, everything was amazing. My granddaughter loved the castle beds so much she said she wanted to live there forever. Great communication from the host as well!

The glam pad was even prettier in person! It had all the luxuries of a really nice hotel but with the space and a kitchen you get with renting a condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very communicative and check in was simple. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was exactly as advertised, and was well stocked and completely “move-in ready”. We did not want for any appliances or items of convenience inside the unit, and Rosanna does a wonderful job of providing beach toys and beach items. Rosanna as the host is wonderful and communicates frequently and responsively.We stayed here with my four children under age 10, as well as my mother in law. The kids giggled themselves to sleep in the bunk bed room, while my mother in law had a completely private and lovely room to herself. Perfect vacation at Sea Vista, the best condo location on the island!

July 4th Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well kept. The appliances looked very new and worked well. The walk to the beach was not bad and I say that as a family of 5 with three small children. Overall, I’d go back again.

Amazing Condo - Amazing Host

We’ve stayed in this same complex at South Padre many times. This newly remodeled condo is far and away the nicest condo we have rented here - or anywhere. It is thoughtfully and artfully decorated. There are first class furnishings throughout. The towels and bedding are excellent. As is the large dining room table which is perfect for family meals and game nights. Many board games are provided. There are at least four beach chairs, two or three beach umbrellas, a couple of body boards plus several beach toys found in the condo. There are televisions in the bedrooms and the living room. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our weeklong stay. The condo’s location on the south side of the southern building means the balcony is secluded and nicely shaded from the summer sun. And has unobstructed views to the south of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no better location to stay on the island. The complex is the southernmost on South Padre. Additionally there is no public beach access nearby. This means the beach in front of the complex is relatively uncrowded. The bridge to the mainland, where you can find local and the most authentic restaurants, is less than five minutes away. Rosanna, the host, communicated with us throughout the booking process and checked on us, via pemail, during the stay. She offered a generous cancellation policy. Check-in was simple and quick. On our next stay at SPI, we will gladly stay here again.

Amazing

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, from the view to the decor, and so so CLEAN. Our host Rosanna had literally thought of everything to make our stay perfect! From robes, to brand new kitchen utensils, to teas, laundry supplies, toiletries, blow dryers and styling tools, kids games, Roku in all rooms,.everything needed for the beach, the list goes on! The makeup mirrors were amazing. The condo is on a beautiful property that has 2 very nice pools and private beach access with several showers. Couldn’t ask for anything more! We would definitely stay again!

Beach ready and stress free

This condo was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway. It had everything we needed and more — fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and utensils, beach chairs, beach towels, and gear, super comfortable beds, and even hygiene essentials like soap and shampoo. I was pleasantly surprised to find a blow dryer and even a straight iron available — such thoughtful touches.The place was clean, cozy, and clearly well cared for. Honestly, all we needed to pack were our clothes and a bag of ice since the fridge doesn’t have an ice maker.Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a stress free, fully equipped home away from home. We will definitely be back.Let me know if you’d like a shorter version or anything else changed!

Beautiful condo, wonderful host!

Condo is spacious, has beautiful views from 2 separate balconies, really nice security at check in, 2 pools, tennis court, and very easy private beach access. The beds were comfy, the AC worked beautifully, and the host provided so many thoughtful items like umbrellas, chairs, sunscreen, aloe, sun hats and beach toys as well as all essential toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and cutlery and there were plenty of towels for our 2 night stay with a family of 6.The only issue we encountered during our stay was the hot water didn't work the first day. I told Rosanna and she answered very, very quickly. She had a repairman there within 20 minutes and the issue was promptly fixed. Responsive host, beautiful view, clean condo, adorable bunk beds that my kids LOVED, exactly as described and then some.I highly recommend this stay and our family will absolutely be back!!
