Amazing view. So close to the beach it didn’t get any better. Pool was chilly but great when it was too windy on the beach. Home was fine, enough for what we needed. Needs a deep cleaning but served us very well

This place is all about the view, and it delivered! Drink coffee in the early morning while watching the sun rise, sit out in the late afternoons watching the beach activity, it’s. Great view. You can even leave the bedroom shades open overnight before going to sleep, and you’ll see the beach in the morning from bed. And being on the third floor, it’s a great view! There’s no elevator, so be ready for that. Kitchen is stocked with enough pots and pans, etc to actually cook. Nice place!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The owner was very responsive upon check-in and even addressed where to find the parking permits immediately when we were unsure of the process. We were beachside and the walk was less than a minute to get our toes on the sand. It’s a great location, clean and had the most wonderful views. We will definitely be staying a few more times this summer!!!

Perfect location and beautiful views from the large ocean facing balcony. Easy access to the beach. Home was stocked with everything we needed for our quiet, relaxing weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location on the SPI beach

The host has provided a very complete description of the property which is quite accurate. The unit is in probably the oldest building along the beach strip so there is a fair amount of wear to the property in general. However, the unit has been freshened up such that the inside was pleasant and roomy. It's a bonus to be on the top floor for the best view and to not have anyone directly above. Seems like we always get someone above us making a racket at all hours of the day and night so that is a decided advantage to be guaranteed peace in that sense. It's true, there is no elevator, as at least one reviewer mentioned, so just be prepared for two flights of stairs. Since we don't like waiting for elevators and usually take stairs, anyway, that wasn't a negative, but might be for some. In the end, it's just a comfy, quiet place with only the wide ocean view and sounds of the surf.

Great location!

Loved being right on the beach. Condo was sufficient but lighting in main bath was very dim. Teens wanted to watch TV before falling asleep so they slept on the couch in the living room due to no TV in second bathroom. Make sure you understand this is a 3rd floor condo which makes for a fabulous view but if you are not fit hauling all your luggage, etc…to and from the condo is difficult.

Great Location

The location is great! Right on the beach, small other homes or condos near by- no large high rises. Great for sunrises! Beds are comfortable. Laundry is not in the unit- it is checked that there is laundry but you have to pay for it down the hall.

The condo is beautifully updated with wonderful decor. We did have problems with the AC but the owner was amazing at getting it looked at and the issue taken care of. She was amazing!!! Would stay here again cause of her and the location. Don't even worry about communicating with her, she is great!!

Long weekend away with family

My family and I enjoyed staying so close to the beach and with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony! The place had all we needed to be comfortable. The bathroom included shower products and the kitchen included all we needed to cook while staying in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
