  • Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 26 foot poolside patio.

    Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach! The great room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat and a recliner. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart Cable TV with HBO! And being poolside you will have direct access to the pool and beach from your condo. Just think how easy it will be to have fun and keep an eye on the kids at all times.

    Wireless Internet is also provided. While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

Anniversary trip

Our condo was perfect with one exception, the mattress in the master bedroom. It definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that it was great. Pretty decor. Convenient. Will absolutely come back.

The perfect vacation!

This was our first time to stay in SPI and we will definitely be back! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and easy to access. We were able to enjoy the pool and BBQ grill in addition to getting our fill of beach time. The beds were very comfortable and even with the pool being two steps away from the back patio we were able to get plenty of rest. We will definitely be back!

Nice Beach House

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well supplied, access to the pool and beach was amazing. The only complaint was parking, and I understand much of that is out of the property owners hands. We would return in the future.

Excellent stay

Staying on the lower level with direct access to the pool and the beach was great. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The office personnel were very responsive. We will definitely stay at SeaBreeze 1 again.

Really enjoyed our stay

This condo was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be on the ocean, have a pool and washer/dryer. The access to BBQs were great. Our room was very nice and clean. Communication with the manager was superb. She was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice location but unfortunately they had some maintenance going on that included drilling and moving heavy items on the floor above our condo and around the facility which made it difficult for us to relax in peace in the condo. We weren't able to connect to Wifi due to poor signal. The jacuzzi had too much chlorine or chemicals that discolored my bathing shorts and underware. Nice pool and nice view from the patio area. Twin beds in second room were very hard and uncomfortable.

Our stay was great! The condos by the pool are always perfect with families with little kids. It's a great place for families and nice low key atmosphere. The staff is always really helpful upon check in! Also, Robert one of the maintenance people was also really friendly and helpful. SPI has stepped up the litter patrol and was great at cleaning up the seaweed this year. It made our beach experience really nice! The condo itself was ok. It's a bit dated, and seemed a like it needed a deep clean. But it didn't hinder our week! Great condos! Great location!
