Great location!

Gorgeous views of the gulf, several pools, direct beach access, great location! We came for a quick weekend getaway and definitely plan to stay here again for longer!

Third year here

This is our third year renting the same place. We love the convenience of it to the beach and ease of access to the beach also. The property itself is starting to show wear and tear since its a rental. Hopefully the owners will take care of it.

Excellent stay and views!

This place was located with the balcony overlooking the beach with a fantastic view. It was great watching the sun come up. You could see dolphins playing in the water in the early morning hours. Thursday night fireworks were right on the beach with a fabulous view from our balcony. Everything we needed was present in the room. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Everything worked like is was suppose to. Excellent place with security keeping an eye out for things. Left our Jeep in the parking lot with the top off and had no concerns.

We arrived to find a dirty floor, black mold in the shower, most of the dishes put away dirty, etc. There were no extra trash bags, 1/2 a roll of paper towels, only 1 dish soap pod, etc. There was hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a week long rental. Since we arrived later in the evening I contacted them first thing the next morning (which I admit was Christmas day) and included photos as they requested. I did receive a call back and promises that they would bring things out and come and clean. No one ever came. We cleaned ourselves, bought our own dish pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We have used MANY Airbnb and VRBO homes and they are usually well stocked and clean. Not sure I would do Vacasa again based on this experience. My sister had another rental the same week in Saida Towers and had many of the same issues and received no resolution. They also had other issues, as well. Not a good first experience for us. On the positive side, the appliances all worked and there were clean towels. The pool and 3/4 of the hot tubs were usable and clean. The beach access was easy. Stores are close by and a few restaurants even within walking distance.

Bugs and bad smells

Here's the good: It's a nice-looking 3-bedroom condo facing the gulf with a great view of the grounds. It was easy to check in, get parked, and up to the room. Pools and hot tubs were heated and relaxing. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The kitchen had most of everything we needed to make some light meals and share them around the table. The not-good: The water heater for the unit is small, so if you have more than 3 people staying, you will likely lose your hot water and it will take awhile to get some back. Here's the bad: There is a very noticeable musty/moldy smell when you come through the front door. The front door has a big crack in it so moisture is probably getting through. Then we noticed bugs in the kitchens and bathrooms. Little black bugs that looked like ants but weren't. On the counters, sinks, plates, silverware, etc. We called the management company and they sent a guy to spray. It didn't do any good because the next day they were back. Then my kids noticed bite marks on their arms after sleeping in the middle bedroom beds. They also complained that the mattresses reeked, so they didn't sleep on them again after the first night of our 4-night stay. We called the management company again (Vacasa) and they got back to us the following day to tell us we could leave that day if we didn't like it and not have to pay for the last night. Since it was Christmas Day, that wasn't going to work. In the end they offered us a small refund for the trouble.

Property is in a very convenient location in relation to arriving and leaving the island. Condo was exactly as advertised and myself and family enjoyed our time together. Condo is a great location for any Spacex launches and the pools and beach proximity were perfect.

Beautiful Ocean front view

We had an amazing stay at the condominium from beginning to end!! The rooms were nice for our family and a beautiful view. The walk to the beach and pool was short and nice! Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Vacation Stay

The pictures online do not do the condo justice. Beautiful condo, perfect to accommodate our family, great location with easy access to the beach. We definitely got use of the pools & hot tubs as well. I will be back again & recommend as a great place to stay.

Nice big condo with great view

Condo was modern with lots of beds without feeling crowded. Was ocean front with awesome views. Was great price for the space you get. Would definitely visit again if stying with other groups.
