We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4! Beautiful views and everything was so clean! Close to many great restaurants and very quick & easy walk to the beach over the sand dunes. The hot tub and pool were perfect for the weather during our stay! Would love to stay here again!

Great location! Amenities were about average, loved being able to park in an enclosed area. A couple of minor things need repair but did not hinder our stay. The plug on the balcony should be made unavailable in the condition it was in. The salt air has to be really rough on the metal. The patio door latch will have to be replaced along with the door jam in the near future. The middle mirror in the living room looks as it is about to come off the wall and lastly the filtered water on the kitchen sink is loose and the faucet itself may need replacing in the future. However, none of these items mentioned were bothersome to our stay, they are just things that need to be addressed in the future. We had a great time and would stay again.

I loved the heated pool and the beds were very conformable. the view to beach was amazing.There were a few thing that needed fixing and when I call the rental company, they were there quickly to fix them. for example, blind in one room did not work, showers didn't put out enough water to shower, one stove burner did not work, and a lock on baloney did not lock.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The check-in went smooth. The home was clean and appeared just like it did in the photos. The unit is on the end of the building and in a great location, away from the pool. You can see and hear the ocean from the large balcony. Unfortunately, there was a major roofing project going on during our stay. This was never disclosed at any time during the booking process. We had other comparables in the area that we may have chosen if we would’ve known this. One of the days, we arrived back at the unit to see a note on our table advising us that the exterminator had been inside doing monthly maintenance. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. We reached out to the owner to express our concerns and never received a reply after several attempts. We were quite disappointed about the lack of communication. Other than that, the unit is beautiful and well kept. The home is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants and close to the bay for amazing sunsets. We found the Gulf beaches are much nicer a few miles north of the home. Unfortunately we hit the jellyfish wash up season but it is what it is. I am undecided if we would stay here again. I would fear that if we had any emergency issues, they would’ve not been taken care of by the owner.

Nice spot

This was a clean condo and in a safe, walkable area. The pool was nice, although it could use a few more lounge chairs. The bathrooms were a bit dated… cracked sink in guest room, low counters, older, stained toilets. Other than that it was a very nice condo. Close to the beach. If I returned to SPI I would stay there again.

beach vacation

clean, attractive condo. ocean view, wonderful heated pool and hot tub. short walk to beach. many good restaurants and shops, must cross bridge to Walmart, but not far. Turtle refuge and bird sanctuary are great trips, get to hold a snake and alligator. Kids loved it. Beds were comfortable, third bedroom has 2 single beds. great air conditioning.

Couples weekend in Shoulder Season

Great Three Bedroom, Two Bath Condo in a convenient location with ocean views, pool access and private walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, ( bring your own spices, etc). Washer and dryer worked well. Separate Ice machine was available but not working. Mgmt company was very responsive but we asked to have repaired after we left. The pool area and hot tub were nice ( hot tub WAS HOT). The deck area was great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. One comment about the Bedroom facing East, we would recommend some curtains as the sun is very bright even with the shades and there is a light at night that can be bothersome if you need a dark room. We would definitely stay here again.

Good, Could Be Great But…

The location is good. The walk to the beach is easy and short. The overall cleanliness and property is nice and well maintained. Has most of what you’d need in the kitchen, but bring your own salt, pepper and seasonings. The AC works well and the in-unit washer and dryer were awesome! Now for the not so great… my friend and her 2 year old got locked in the bathroom located between the front room and bunk room, but thankfully I was able to get the door open. The air filter vent has a bolt that constantly rattles and it fell down during the night. We used duck tape to try and stop the rattle and keep the vent in place, but it didn’t work. The hand towel rack fell off when I was drying my hands in the master bathroom. The pantry shelf fell bc a bracket came out. The balcony door is difficult to unlock. The dishwasher had parts that fell off when we opened it. There are no cleaning tools in the unit. The broom stick broke off from the broom head, so it wasn’t very usable. A vacuum and mop would be nice. They do provide a small dish soap and dishwasher pods, which is nice. You will hear the fireworks at night around 9:15pm. You will hear people in the neighboring condos at night. I recommend a sleep sound machine or app. The beds aren’t necessarily comfortable, but they were fine. They also have construction in the building and neighboring buildings everyday, so drills and hammering were a constant throughout the day. At the end of the day, it’s a nice place, especially for the price. It would be awesome if things were updated in a quality way. It just seemed like things kept breaking or falling apart. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! It is also in close proximity to a lot of places.

Great place

We loved the property, it was perfect for our group. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and they took care of it quickly. Loved the beach access and spray station. Our condo was very quiet. The only complaint was the need for black out curtains in the primary bedroom, as there are many windows and outside lights that stay on all night. Will be back!
