Our condo in South Padre was amazing & perfect for our family of 5! Our hosts, Chris & Lori, were great - very attentive & quick to respond. The condo had great views of the gulf & plenty of room for all 5 of us (kids 16,14, 11). The complex is extremely clean and very convenient location wise on the island. I would strongly recommend this condo, our hosts, & South Padre Island!

Great communication!Chris was great with making sure we were comfortable and got there okay.He checked in via text during our stay just in case we needed anything from him.Very clear instructions on how to get to the condo and check in.I could tell he really cared about us enjoying the stay even let us know when the place was ready for us incase we arrived early. Amazing ocean and beach view, very clean and updated condo couldn’t have asked for more!

Direct beech view. Fantastic condo that was very clean and all the comforts of home. Chris, the owner maintained fantastic communication with us before, during and after our stay. This place, and the host deserve more than 5 stars. We will be back.

Exactly as advertised! Had everything we needed, and the view was ideal. Easy beach access, wonderful breeze, and great birding opportunities from the balcony. Hosts were communicative and hospitable. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite unit to stay in when in South Padre Island. It is clean, has all the kitchenware needed to cook full meals (like Tuscan Pork Chops). The view couldn't be any better.

We had a great time staying here. We had coffee on the balcony and watched the waves every morning. We went to the beach pool and hot tub daily. Everything was close and easy to walk to. We were able to walk to restaurants as well. Everyone was super friendly and we had a great time!

The pictures matched the listed photos and some! My little family and I stayed there for six nights! Everything was clean and organized. Our family cooked several meals in - I was extremely thankful for the kitchen items and storage that were provided too. It really made it functional for us! Couch was cozy! Dining table was perfect ( especially with the sunlight!) The balcony was my favorite spot “not on the beach.” The view is incredible, truly. Even sweeter - the short distance down the elevator to the actual beach! We had a wagon loaded up for the beach every day and it was a breeze to have! There are a handful of things to do on the island as well. Such a good location! Oh! There was even a game cabinet (we had our own games), but we definitely played a game of theirs provided. Communication with the owners was excellent and helpful. They are clear and concise with all we needed to have a great stay. I’d recommend this spot 10/10! OH! The pool is also pretty much beachside - so great! We are sad to leave, but we are leaving with some wonderfully made memories. Last note: the Beach was so clean, clear and beautiful. So much to soak up and enjoy! The sunrises are something I woke up to see nearly every morning!

I had the pleasure of staying at the top-floor beachfront condo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean that stretched as far as the eye could see. The condo's location is truly unbeatable. My family and I really love this cozy apartment! We will stay again next year. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Very welcoming condo

This is our second time staying at this condo, and it definitely won’t be our last! The unit is extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The view of the beach is absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of the condo. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach with the convenient boardwalk just steps away. Highly recommend for a relaxing, beachside stay

Great unit with view of the ocean

We had a great time in South Padre Island! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, and then some. The kitchen is well equipped and there were more towels than announced. Beds were comfortable. The pool downstairs has been newly resurfaced and was nice, as was the hot tub. There are hoses to rinse off on the way back up from the beach. We also enjoyed the fireworks around 9pm.

Lovely home

This condo was so wonderful. It had a beautiful beach decor and a perfect top floor view of the beach/ocean. Host was kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. We will most certainly book again next year.
