The property itself was nice, and the location was great. At first glance, the condo appeared clean, but as our stay went on, we noticed several issues. We ended up killing multiple cockroaches, and there were bugs crawling across the stovetop. The bathroom sinks were missing drain covers and gave off a terrible odor. The dishwasher smelled foul, and many of the kitchen utensils and plates still had food residue on them. The floors also hadn’t been properly cleaned—within just a few hours, our feet and socks were dirty from the sand and grime. Overall, we were genuinely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. This place could really benefit from a deep cleaning and better pest control.

Will not return to this unit…

This was an OK stay. There were no extra linens, blankets and only 2 towels per bathroom. No spare shampoo or soap. No pans to bake anything on and very low on supplies in the kitchen. No paper towels or cleaning supplies. No beach towels or beach toys. Loved the 1st floor access and close to pool/beach but you’re only paying for the convenience and location here. Inside lacks a lot. No pillows on the sofas, no rugs or mats, and sofa was hard and sticky. Will not return to this unit. I will pay more to have more items included and have an updated unit next time.

Great unit and location

I loved it here, though older, it met what we needed for 3 nights. Maintenance and security are ever present, which was very nice. The property is well kept and clean, which is important to me. The only thing that as annoying is are the door locks, where it gets 'stuck'. Im sure tis is due to corrosion from Sea air, so replace it every so often. Otherwise, I will definitely rent the place again. Very spacious inside.

Amazing experience

This condo is main level so we didn’t get the ocean view but the convenience of opening the patio door and walking straight to the pool was awesome!! Only drawback were the very old toilets. They always run and are too low!! Bring a curtain for the patio door as theirs is gone and that was a huge privacy thing for me. Otherwise a great stay.

Great location and space

While the Saida is an older property, it is well maintained and right on the beach. We had a few items needing to be fixed in our unit, but they were quickly addressed. 4103 is on the ground floor and in the middle of the complex, away from the noise from the pools, but easily accessible to pools and beach. Private beach access was nice, but you have to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas in this area. Overall, it was great for my family- my husband, me and our two teen daughters. We would definitely stay here again.

Texas Historic Storm Vacation

1. The unit was not cleaned properly..dirt in corners, showers, etc., Carpet needed cleaning. Minor upgrades are needed to replace the bathroom vanity tops, dishes, silverware, baking and cookware,etc. Instructions about how to use the dishwasher, TV would be nice. No pride in ownership or management of the property was evident. 2. The check in process was easy. However, management company could have provided more information about what was going on due to the storm. They could have provided candles/flashlights. Instead of having the backup generators operate the elevators, there were stairs, they could have been used to provide electricity to guests. While all the power was out the management company could have provided someone to assist people checking in with their luggage. 3. There was a problem with Spectrum TV services and the Management did an excellent job chasing that. Otherwise we never heard a thing from them. Why is that? 4. The common areas (pools, courts, etc.) were cleaned daily and we're nice. It's a beautiful, fantastic location for a vacation. 5. Given the price we paid with all the management fees, we were expecting more.

Our condo was on the first floor and was great inside but wished oceanfront was seeing the ocean! Love the HEATED pool and hot tub! Also, the people we met were very nice. Was happy with the security all around the complex! We had enough towels and all other items in the kitchen was very useful, at least this condo had a coffee maker.

Under Stocked

This place was really nice but I felt like I was always out buying something, more plates, salt/ pepper, oil, trash bags, coffee filters, paper towel, toilet paper.... other places I have stayed have always just had these items ready to go but not this place. Had to go buy everything. Also the pillows are pointless, bring your own on that note too.
