Perfect place, close walk to the beach, would definitely stay there again. The only thing that we didn't fully understand from the listing was we thought the couch folded out into a bed, as many of them do in similar condos, but this one did not. We also didn't find any DVD player which was also listed, but everything else about the place was great.

Memorial Day Weekend

Place was just like the pictures. Spacious, very clean, only thing was the parking it was a holiday so was very packed and hard to find parking as there is not a designated one to the unit. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back again.

Not handicap accessible

Parking for two vehicles is horribl. and trying to open the lock box to get the key is so difficult not to mention how hard it is to use the key to open the door. The living room furniture is pretty worn out and not comfortable at all. And this place is not handicap accessible only stairs that are slippery, including The condo I also spoke to the manager, and he was very rude But other than that, we did have a great time at the beach and waterpark, but sorry to say I will not reserve ever again… oh, and the pool was dirty

That furniture is not worth anything, its faded, dirty & Very uncomfortable. Pots & pans need replaced all the teflon is scratched & worn out. Not having laundry on premises is tough for long term tenants like us. Location is great for us to our favorite places to eat, Shop, beach walks. Condo is ok, but with a little upgrade it would be much better, & comfortable for the days we cant enjoy outside Padre.

Not as expected

Great communication with property management company until I arrived at unit and asked to receive a call. Cricket! Cricket! No one called. Unit was ‘clean’ BUT SO outdated!! Sofas sank in when you sat. Paint chipping off walls and cabinet doors. Mold or guck in both bathrooms air vents. Doors we’re old, stained and sticky. Outlets we’re missing covers and only one on each of the outlets avail throughout the unit worked. So either you unplugged the lamp to charge your electronic devices or your devices would remain without a battery charge. Bathroom & kitchen sinks old, outdated and when opened them up, the texture of their inside was worse. Kitchen full of nothing anyone could use — not at all equipped with any essentials. No extra trash bags. Cable did not work for 3 days. Wifi was off and on our entire stay. Did I mention how bare and outdated the unit is??!! Unit should be described more accurately by management company as a fishing cabin and not a condo. ONLY three things that were great! 1. Water pressure in the showers (even with old, rusted and outdated shower heads). 2. In very close proximity to a lot of great places, walking or driving 3. HVAC worked great Will not stay here again. Will not recommend this unit.

Condo was nasty

Condo was nasty dead bugs and had to clean it before we were even able to let the kids in. We tried to get them to take care of it but no response! It was terrible do not recommend them at all!

Great stay!

We had a great time in South Padre, and at Fiesta Sol condominiums. Our condo was clean & quiet and in a perfect location as we could walk to the beach, fun outdoor pubs & restaurants, the grocery store, and a small amusement park all within a block or two. The beaches had soft, clean sand and you can walk for miles down the beach. It was busy but never crowded.

Lots of bugs, broken lamps,heat and air not working,broken patio door,very dirty

The whole experience was just not good! The pictures of the furniture made it look better than it was also the cooking pots and pans were terrible so we bought our own to fix meals! We would not stay there ever again!!!

Reasonable rental price and pet friendly.

Clean and close to beach access. Amenities were limited but seemed reasonable with the rental price and pet friendly. We received the door entry code but not the code to access the keys. Had to call about that. Main issue we found is that the coffee maker was not cleaned from the last use. The coffee in the filter was dry and moldy. Dishes didn't look all that clean. Washed most of them before using.

No On-site management

Property was very nice and unit was clean and stocked adequately for the four of us. The only issue we had was that our friend lost his wallet and when we tried contacting the number provided we discovered that there is no onsite property management so there is no one to help you there if needed.

Had a wonderful stay! The kitchen could use some pot holders though. The air conditioner filter needs replaced as well. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend!! Hope to come back here again!!

No power- left early no communication from Vacasa

We went on vacation and there was no power or water. We had plans to stay a week and a half but left early due to everything on the island being closed. We contacted Vacasa but have yet to receive a response at all. We arrived on Monday (no power or water) and on Wednesday we finally received water but no power. Thursday morning our power came on so we had both power and water all day Thursday. When we woke up Friday we had no water again and left the property. The property itself is a great location and very nice. The lack of communication is unacceptable!

Great location/needs upgrades

The location was great. The property itself was needing some TLC. Bathroom cabinet doors were filthy with dust, dirt and hairs. Top of refrigerator had not been cleaned in awhile. Faucet handles in both showers barely holding on. Electrical outlet behind the refrigerator needs a cover. Once we wiped everything down we were happy. Had a great time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and attractions. Thank you.

Nice lil place

This place was really nice. It was nice and clean, great location-walking distance to the beach. There was no mention of stairs though and they are steep and slippery when wet. No washer/dryer. Overall it was a great stay. I would totally do it again.

Last minute trip

Tv in the front doesn’t work Door doesn’t lock on the bottom Bedroom door is beat to hell and should be replaced Wrong code to the pool Beds are old and beat up. 3 flat cheap pillows for a king size bed. A lot of the things above listed were mentioned in a recent review, and responded to saying they were taken care of, which they were not. My family enjoyed south padre, but we won’t be going here again.
