This has a fantastic view from the balcony and door. You have all your necessities for a good stay. The bed was comfortable (a big one for me) That being said, I couldn’t quite give it a 5. It is in bad need of updating. Some things are good like the bathroom, but the paint is peeling and the electrical outlets overloaded and actually loose in the wall. The whole building is old and they seem to be doing some major structural repairs. In this unit, there is a window/wall heating and air unit which is very loud.

Great location, unit so so

This 7th floor unit has a great location on the beach. On the plus side, you could see both the Gulf and Laguna Madre from this unit. The unit itself was very basic and needing some attention. The wind whistled through the balcony door and around the air conditioner. The refrigerator is much too small for an extended stay. The elevator did not work on three separate days, which is more than a little inconvenient on the seventh floor

I highly recommend this spot. It was updated and very clean, updates were higher end. Bed was very comfortable and we had just the right amount of kitchenware you needed if cooking in the suite. We loved it. Would definitely stay here again

Day of check in Owner decided to reach out to us after 3:30 to notify room had not been cleaned when check in was at 3 she told my husband take our girls to swimming pool while they cleaned room, we asked if we could get another room said she didn’t have any other rooms was super rude and unprofessional about the situation not understanding we drove 5 hrs in she also sent us door lock code and contract after 5 have our conversation all in recording ,sweating in hallway while they cleaned room such B.S we have rented plenty rooms and this by far the worse customer service we encountered would not recommend and if you do make sure she sends lock code & contract before check with a clean room

First the view is way better than the picture online You could use a small table on balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink Parking is good also plenty of it across street Nice manicure grass area by the parking lot across from building for our doggie to do her business Even though the room and building needs some TLC room& pool area very clean Friendly people location is very good walking distance to everything if you want to walk Host/owner very quick to answer questions Room very well stocked and plenty of towels Bed is not the most comfortable Building /neighborhood very quiet which is a plus since my husband is a light sleeper This room suited our needs for us two and our doggie

We had family staying a few blocks down the road in another condo so we spent most of our time with them at their beach. The little condo was just what we needed since we wouldn't be spending much time inside. We would absolutely rent again.

Convenient Location

Convenient location The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The area was quiet and very safe. There is a parking attendant monitoring parking, which I appreciated. The room was small, but perfect for two adults. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The building provides beach access, which was convenient.

First retirement experience

We booked through VRBO for a 4 week stay and didn't know what to expect. The condo was exactly as we anticipated and conveniently located to the beach and bus. We appreciated the larger refrigerator which we took for granted until we saw where our friends stayed and they didn't have a full size refrigerator. We made the majority of our breakfasts at the condo, which was stocked with all the essentials. The condo is conveniently located for walking the beach to restaurants or for a bloody mary morning. We also enjoyed (many times) the convenience of Kelly's Irish Pub just one block away.
