  • El condominio frente al mar ideal para pasar sus vacaciones en la isla. Totalmente amueblado con una cocina bien equipada, un montón de platos, toallas, toallas de playa. 43 "TV y blue ray.

Perfect spot on the beach and location to everything. Bed was so comfortable, but the living room furniture was not as comfortable to sit in in the evening. Could have used a more comfortable couch and chair. Overall- a really nice stay.

The unit is better in person than the pictures. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The unit was stocked with all the neccesities for a great stay including items for the beach. The sunrise was gorgeous. The only negative is that the doors on the bedroom and bathroom do not lock. The doorknobs might need to be changed. Its steps away from the beach, a must stay.

Great Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 small children. The pool was nice and access to the beach was quick and easy!

Good vibes

This was a nice beachfront condo. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Condo is in a great location with private beach access straight from the condo to the beach.

Perfect island getaway, with the best balcony view. The beach is just a few steps from the property, and there are showers to rinse off when you’re done with the beach. They also allow pets, which was a plus for us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make food if you plan on staying in. I would book again.

Beautiful condo beach fromt

Our family came to spend the weekend in south padre and found a gem with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this condo so convenient to the beach and restaurants. Away from the crowds of the hotels. We will be back for sure!

Fun family beach vacation

The condo met all our needs and had a fantastic balcony view of the beach, boardwalk, pool, and hot tub. My wife could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view while also keeping an eye on the kids wherever they went. Overall, a top notch experience for the entire family, including our three dogs.

Wonderful Condo

Great view

This was a great place to spend the week at South Padre Island. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo is nicely decorated and kitchen and bathroom were well stocked.

Family vacation

First I want to say that check in was a easy process . I find this condo to be excellent, great view and the place was so clean and organized and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Laura for making our vacation wonderful . We will definitely be staying here again .

Great As Usual

This was our second time staying here and we had a great experience. On this trip, the weather was windy, rainy and just dreary but since this is a cozy place with a balcony, we stayed in and just relaxed. We plan on returning next year.

Spectacular Ocean View

Our host was most responsive and the kitchen was so well equipped. Also provided were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and sand toys for kids. There were some floor tile and cosmetic issues but we are excited to be returning next year!

This place was all about the location and beachfront view, but the property needs updates. The best parts were the view, towels provided, hooks, pool area, and beach equipment.There is a massive crack from the floor to ceiling in the living room. The shower had mold all over the ceiling and the bunk bed area walls need cleaning. A nearby light or outlet would help. Neither the bathroom nor bedroom doors closed properly, and the seating was uncomfortable.Another concern was the fire alarm system. It went off one day, but only half the building could hear it — our side could not hear the alarm at all.Communication through the VRBO app was poor. I asked about a wagon before arrival and never received a response. Responses about reported issues and beach equipment were also very delayed.The elevator stopped working the day before we left, so we had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. The hair dryer barely blew hot air.A few inexpensive upgrades would make a big difference such as a water filter would help since the tap water tasted terrible. A place to hang dry bathing suits. This place is better suited for 2 adults rather than family of 4.

Great ocean view from the balcony and super easy access to the beach. Really liked that the bathroom was large and loved the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The elevator is a little slow and hot but I feel like that seems to be the norm with open beach facilities like this. I was a little worried about the tar situation at first but it ended being just fine. We had a lovely time.

Laura and Judy were tremendous hosts who provided early and frequent communication. We absolutely loved the condo that offered a spectacular view of the ocean with plenty of seating on the balcony. The private beach access from the pool area is especially nice to venture out to the beach and back to the condo as many times as you want throughout the day. The condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time on the beach to include beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. I would definitely stay here again, and being dog friendly was a huge plus for us!!
