My family stayed here for the weekends and loved the place. The condo is spacious, clean, and convenient to amenities on the island. Great place to stay, and we will definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant surprise.

Perfect SPI rental for a weekend with small children

The VRBO was clean, bright, tons of lighting. We really appreciated the pool for our small kiddos and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. I would def stay here again. So close to the beach, we walked 2 blocks and were there.

4th on the Island

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would come again. The pool was nice and the quiet hours were followed by other guests, even on holiday weekend. Minor issues that there wasn’t any pump soap in either shower. If you come, you’ll need to bring your own beach towels. Many other places we’ve stayed at provide them. We weren’t sure based on description. We purchased cheap ones from Walmart, so easy fix.

Great place

We meet lots of wonderful people, who will be our friends for a long time. Love the convenience to all the stores and restaurants. People are very friendly and the Island is very clean. The only thing about the condo the ceiling fans could use a cleaning, but we will be back

It was a great stay and very spacious, the neighborhood isn’t all that great. Some of my complaints are that most dishes were dirty and the TV is difficult to work. As side from that, it’s affordable and a walkable distance from the beach.

Fishing trip

Bedroom needs better blinds, outside walkway lights are so bright through the window it is hard to sleep. Also would not give us an extra hour to check out before our 8 hour drive home, said had to be cleaned immediately even though there were at least 3 empty propertiea.

Short beach get away

The property was very clean when we arrived. A/C was on and the temperature was comfortable. Good location, only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The only issue was Monday morning when preparing breakfast. The garbage disposal was clogged with a lot of stuff and not functional. However it was fixed within just a few hours.

The microwave was dirty. The 2 pillows in the 2nd bedroom were flat and need to be replaced. The ceiling fans were ALL dirty. The closet that the a/c unit was in needs to be vacuumed out (the shutters on the door). There was tanning oil or something on the wall. The stain is still on the patio door curtain. Your furniture on the back deck is nasty and old, might consider replacing. The A/C worked very well. Might want to consider extra blankets.

Short visit for a funeral service

From a visual standpoint, the property was very good. It was not indicated in the advertisement that this was an upstairs condo. The cleanliness of the unit was very good and ready for us when we arrived. I had requested early check-in, and did not receive acknowledgment until one hour before normal check in. I was disappointed that there were no normal condiments in the unit, such as coffee, salt and pepper, sugar, and a few spices. None of this was available. There were also no hairdryers and the towels were minimal. The bedding was light and it would have been nice to have a light blanket in the closet. The overall description in the app was not very informative.

Dancing in the sun

Our stay at Rain Dancer Condominiums was Awesome. The room had everything we needed, bed's were comfortable and it was clean. The sliding door was a bit hard to lock. We thought at first it didn't lock because it was unlocked when we got there, and tried to lock it a few times, but a hard push and turning the lock the door will lock. The stairs are a great big work out if you are on the top floor. The pool had it's own ups and downs; the seating area was fine, and the size of the pool was also nice, but the water was warm which my daughter's had no problem with, and the trash was spilled over onto the ground. Quick walk to the beach with access to showers and in door restrooms, which other beach access' had maybe a port o pottie or not even that. Last but not least, we forgot a bag in the room which had a c-pap machine in it, and we called the next day after leaving to notify the vacasa support about it, they said they left a message for the housekeeper's and they would call me if they found it, but that the room was already occupied as well. I called the day after that and they charged me $25 processing fee to be able to go look for the item we left, and still on the 3rd day after leaving the place no one has called me with any information about the item we left.

I loved the location and how clean everything was. Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable and the ice machine didn’t work. Otherwise great!

Home away from Home

Great space and great location! The neighbors and other guests were super friendly and always said "HI!" when they saw us coming and going. Our condo was clean, well organized and had everything we need to make our stay great! Everything was pretty clean and all the appliances were well kept (our ice maker didn't work but we prefer to buy bagged ice anyway). There's a hotel/bar/restaurant within about a minutes walk that has great drinks, friendly staff and pretty good food (wings, sandwhiches, pizzas, salads). I should add that this is the 2nd time at the Raindancer condos (we stayed in another condo in this same location previously). I highly recommend you give this place a chance! We'll definitely be back again!
