The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an expansive living area with floor-to-ceiling beachfront windows that fill the space with natural light and panoramic Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals for your group, complete with generous counter space and modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area provides plenty of seating for memorable family dinners after a day in the sun. An Xbox is also available for guests looking to enjoy a little friendly competition indoors.

The private third-floor primary suite offers spectacular beachfront views, a king bed, flat screen TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub. Please note that the bathtub jets are not operational and are not considered an amenity. Two additional king bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. On the ground floor, the second primary suite features two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, making it ideal for another family or guests seeking additional privacy.

Please note that reservations paid using Klarna, Affirm, or similar “buy now, pay later” virtual cards may decline during processing. There are two separate transactions for each reservation (one for VRBO service fees and one for the rental payment through SPI Rentals). Many virtual one-time card providers only authorize a single transaction, which causes the payment to fail. For this reason, we recommend that guests do not book using Klarna, Affirm, or similar services. If a reservation is attempted using one of these payment methods and the payment declines, the guest will be required to provide an alternative form of payment or cancel the reservation.
