The Space:

Coronado #302 is a true full remodel with white quartz counters & all new tile walk in showers. Entire condo is fresh as of Dec 1, 2024, new everything. Located at 5701 Gulf Blvd, Coronado condos are directly across the street from Beach Access #22, worry not about lugging your beach gear & kiddos very far.

While not beachfront, from the front semi patio, you have a partial beachview to enjoy a sunset margarita and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, utensils etc to make meal prep easy for your family. The kitchen is true luxury with white quartz counters, new stainless appliances, and even a wine fridge. There is a dishwasher to make kitchen clean up easier too



Complete open concept, the living room & dining area flows to the massive section couch & smart TV for movie night or just relaxing. The couch does feature a pull out sleeper sofa that is a full bed in size. Down the main hall, you will find a convenient stackable washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms with new all tile walk in showers, impeccable decorations & a all tile floors. The spare bedroom has a unique twin over full adult sized bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed that is a single in size, making this room perfect for a kiddos bunkroom. The generous master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom & wall mounted flat screen app ready to wind down after a long day at the beach



Please note this is a 3rd floor unit affording an improved view, but there is no elevator. There is dedicated parking for one large SUV or truck plus a golf cart, but unfortunately there is not space for two SUVs or normal sized cars. Extra parking is free along gulf blvd which is a city street.

There is a community use pool, but it is not heated, please note. If you want a beach umbrella or pop up set up for you, there is a guy that does it for about $50 USD per day. Remember, South Padre Island is open container, cooler friendly on the beach just no glass. BBQing is allowed on the beach, but not at this complex, patio, pool, nor parking area,

please note, We allow up to 8 people, and we do count an infant as a person you may not go over occupancy. Sorry, this space is not pet friendly but is very new inside and tastefully decorated that even the most difficult to please guests should be happy with. Within quick driving distance of your stay, visit the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, Andy Bowie County Park, Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and the South Padre Island Golf Club. The island also boasts a variety of delicious dining options and local shops.



While this home has free WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.



Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)



Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.



You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 8 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count. A max of 1 full sized vehicle is allowed plus a golf cart. There is NOT parking space for two normal sized vehicles. if you park on side of road you will get towed. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge.



We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am



You must have completed the e-sign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 23 years of age, there ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking



We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.



We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.



Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire third floor condominium during their stay. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept living and dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. You also have access to your own private front patio area, which offers a partial view of the beach. In addition to the private condo space, guests have access to the shared community pool and the outdoor shower facilities located on the property grounds. Please note that the unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator available for access. Dedicated parking is provided for one large vehicle or one golf cart.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is perfectly positioned for your South Padre Island adventure. You are located directly across the street from Beach Access 22, meaning you can have your toes in the sand in less than a minute. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of island charm, offering easy access to local favorites. Within a short drive, you can explore the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center or enjoy a family day at Beach Park at Isla Blanca. For those who love the outdoors, Andy Bowie County Park and the South Padre Island Golf Club are just moments away. You will find a wonderful variety of local shops and delicious dining options scattered throughout the island, all easily reachable by car or golf cart.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide dedicated parking for one large vehicle plus a golf cart directly at the property. Please note that we do not have space for two full sized vehicles, but additional free parking can be found along Gulf Boulevard, which is a public city street. For those utilizing public transportation, the island offers a bus service with a station nearby. Whether you are arriving by car or exploring the local area, our central location makes it simple to navigate the island and reach your favorite beaches and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that this is a third floor unit without elevator access. Check in time is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Prior to your stay, you must complete our digital rental agreement and provide a photo of your identification. The electronic entry code will be sent to the phone number on file on the day of your arrival. Our maximum occupancy is eight guests, and this includes all infants and children. Parking is strictly limited to one large vehicle or one golf cart; additional free parking is available along the public street. Please observe our quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. The community pool is not heated and is open from 8 am to 9 pm. We provide a starter supply of essentials, but these are not replenished during your stay. Guests under 23 years of age must contact us before booking to discuss additional requirements. Smoking, parties, and pets are strictly prohibited.

We are professionally managed by South Padre Trips, and our local office is available to assist you throughout your stay. Our team is on site and reachable seven days a week from nine in the morning until five in the afternoon to answer any questions or address concerns you may have. For the fastest response, we recommend communicating with us through the messaging platform provided by your booking service.
