The ocean views were amazing and not having anyone next to you on the west side was great. It was great walking the beach, just to walk or walk to a restaurant was super convenient. Also, the host was very responsive to questions.

We had such a wonderful stay during our recent trip to South Padre Island! Every morning we were able to watch dolphins right from our balcony — truly the highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, with the beach and jetties just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and scenery.We also loved trying out the local restaurants — so much great food nearby! Overall, the place was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location

The condo location is at the end of the strip of condo buildings/resorts making it nice to walk down the beach a little and have more space to yourself. Condo is roomy and washer/dryer is convenient!

Great for small kids!

Check in was so easy. The codes were all easy to use and the parking was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the big pantry was an extra plus. We really appreciated the extra beach towels and sand toys and the short walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach.

Every little detail

We were so pleased with how well prepared this condo was! All of the little things that usually slip through the cracks were taken care of here! It was just like being at home with all of your comforts, but such a better location It’s the last building on the island, so if you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and big crowds this is your place! They have a beach service that will put chairs and umbrellas out for you at fee. BUT! If that’s not your thing, the condo is stocked with chairs, towels, and sand toys for you to use! They also supply everything to get you started: laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, even seasonings in the pantry!! The building seems dated, but the condo is newly remodeled! The owners are very on top of things and communicate wonderfully! Definitely recommend!

Best Family Summer Vacation!!!

Beautiful location on the ocean

Great location with an awesome view of the ocean. Very family friendly with helpful employees on site. We had an amazing time with bug bites being the only problem we encountered…everything is bigger in Texas even the mosquitoes!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! We brought 4 teenagers ages 14, 16, 18 & 18 and had plenty of room for everyone. The view was phenomenal, communication was top notch and all the amentities were beyond helpful; the washer and dryer saved us as we traveled during a rainy stretch. I will be recommending this location to many friends and family.

Location! Location! Location!

This condo is in the perfect location on the Island! Very clean and well stocked. No other building to the south which makes for great views and privacy. AC is ice cold and comfortable beds. Our new favorite place to stay at SPI and we have been coming here for 30 years.

Best condo on the beach!

We were delighted with the location of this unit. Being on the 5th floor at Sea Vista gave us beautiful open views to the south. This area is very quiet and close to everything. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time for our first visit to S. Padre Island and will be back again!

Place was great. Beautiful view, clean place, great location (not busy area) lots of beach space available. We loved the binoculars and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom clean, water pressure strong and lots of bath towels.

Amazing Condo!!

We had a great time! The facility is so clean and well maintained and the people there are beyond friendly. The condo was perfect in every single way!
