Spacious Spot on the Beach

This place was a great location on the beach! The balcony was under construction when we stayed there, but they did let us know about the it ahead of time, so it didn’t affect my rating. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great location, easy check in process

Never had working wifi and was disappointed the hot tub never worked, but at least the pool was heated. Great location, right on the beach.

We were there to see sand castle days. Never had been. We always love staying at the Suntide ll. This is a nice 2 bed 2 bath. We had a wonderful time.

Very close to the Beach

This unit is big and comfortable, very close to the beach, however it needs some upgrades, the Sofa Bed doesn't work, you sink in when you sit, No Ice maker in the freezer or in the building, but you can get some from Stripes. I would suggest to bring your own toilet paper and a spoons and forks!

Delightful experience

My stay at the Suntide II Condominiums was truly delightful. The rented apartment provided all the comforts of home, and more. The unit was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The amenities offered, including the pool, jacuzzi, and beach access, were fantastic and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Suntide II Condominiums for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Get away

The sunrises were beautiful from the balcony. Walking distance to lots of places. Only complaint is the locks on the doors. Code is too long for the front door and balcony door is hard to lock the deadbolt

Great Location and right on the beach!

Overall the location for this condo saved the trip..walking distance to restaurants and shops. On the beach so you get a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The issue I had was that the condo is very outdated…the tile flooring was dingy…furniture stained…needs a coat of paint. The property manager was very responsive. Over all I don’t believe I would stay at this particular location unless it was a great price point

Great view, don't expect service

This was our sixth stay at Suntide II. First time using Vacasa. We reported a clogged garbage diaposal, but never got a service call. Our daughter staying in another, non Vacasa, unit had same issue and got 24 hour reaponse.

Worn out accommodations, but good location and view

The location and view were by far the best things about this place. Sadly, nearly all the furniture, refrigerator, wifi etc were broken or not working. We reached out multiple times to have at least the wifi issue fixed, but the property manager just ignored my requests after about the 4th day of our trip. We have come to expect things like the refrigerator and wifi to work properly and don’t trust unsecured wifi networks. Other than that, the view was amazing. We would definitely select another place to stay the next time we come.

Great view

The location was magnificent. the furniture in the living room you couldn’t use if you sat on the sofa, you couldn’t get back out of it. The bathrooms are in need of updating the shower doors were falling off the faucets were corroded the tile on the floor was disgusting. Vacuum did not work. The outside furniture was ripped. The pantry doors are falling off in the kitchen They had no handle.
