Beachfront Seavista 3rd Florr

Owner provides all the necessary details for check in. Check-in was very quick. Condo/suite was very clean. All the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom were provided. Very close proximity to the beach, I was able to back and forth from the beach w/o tiring out. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone.

This has to be the best location on the island!!! The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly. The condo was extremely clean and the view was amazing!!!! The closet of beach supplies was wonderful . It had beach chairs, boogie boards, ect…We also loved the pool and had it to ourselves a lot of the time in the afternoon. We are so thankful we stayed here!!!! :)

Great View & Host

We traveled for work and play.Really enjoyed the safety of a gated complex.There are several bars/restaurants with beach front walking distance.This host keeps extra amenities on hand which is a huge time saver.The host is also a great communicator.

We can’t express how much our family (4 adults and three kids) enjoyed staying at Sea Vista and we can’t wait to come back next year. Everything about it met our needs, including the location, the NOT crowded beach, great restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive, the beautiful condo and all of the amenities that included all things needed for the beach. We discovered we could walk off the beach right onto the Margarita Ville restaurant and enjoyed lunch on their patio. Lastly, our hosts Lana and Nick were so responsive and hospitable. You just can’t go wrong when renting this condo on the beach and we highly recommend these hosts! Lastly, everything on the discrimination is true! Thank you for everything Nick and Lana!

SPI Getaway

This condo more than met our expectations! We had a front row (balcony) seat to ocean viewing, easy beach access, and quiet. It easily accommodated our family of six. SPI has many activities and restaurants to keep everyone entertained. Thank you!

30th Birthday Getaway

I visited SPI for my 30th birthday the last week of October this year. We booked this VRBO after having an issue with the original one we booked and MAN are we glad we had to make the switch! There was plenty of space for everyone that stayed plus some! (5 adults total). The VRBO had everything we needed (the only suggestion is maybe a wagon for hauling all the beach stuff back and forth) and everything we could have wanted. The location is perfectly located at the end of the busy island. The time of year also helped, but it was very peaceful! We had all the household supplies we could have needed. I had the most wonderful time and our VRBO played a huge role in our experience. 10/10 would recommend the rental as well as SPI in general (especially in the late fall!!!). We cannot wait to come back down!

Great family friendly condo

We had a great trip this year. The condo is great and very child friendly. View to the beach was great. It was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer in the unit was the cherry on top.

Our yearly trip

We have been coming to spi for 6 yrs now yrly and this is our 4th stay at sea vista but this condo has been the best; stocked with the exact cooking pans my mom loves to use, plenty of toiletries, etc. best part our bed was super comfy hard time getting up! Thank you

FANTASTIC

Myself and two of my friends stayed here for a girl’s trip. Nick and Lana were absolutely amazing from the time we booked until check out. Their hospitality is unmatched. They made sure we had all of the check-in and check-out information before our stay to avoid any delays or complications. They communicated during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us a heads-up about updates being done on the building. The condo was located in a gated area which made us feel safe. The front office staff was friendly when we were checking in and very helpful. The condo was absolutely fabulous. It was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals and prepare snacks and drinks. They had a large dining table perfect for game night. The living around had a very large and relaxing sofa and love seat. The balcony was stocked with plenty of chairs for overlooking a beautiful ocean view. They truly thought of everything. I could write a book review based on our experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area. Thank you both again for everything!

Cold on the beach

Great place to stay. We could have used some more warm days, but that wasn't to be. There were workmen working on cement, but this was a temporary thing and the Workman never started before 10:00 in the morning. I would stay there again. Lana was a great hostess!

Never Disappointed Feels Like Home

Lana is a great owner. Always a text away. Condo has everything you need for kids complete with toys. Don’t worry about beach stuff….they have it all from towels to chairs to umbrellas to boogie boards. This was our third year coming to this unit and already booked for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on SPI, are family of six adults were more than comfortable. The unit had plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available as well. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
