Great location at the beginning of the island so not crowded. Within walking distance on the beach to the jetty to view sea turtles & dolphins. Condo is well equipped with a great view of the ocean from living area & bedroom. Owners were very helpful & nice!

You can't beat the location and the view is amazing!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beachfront condo recently. This was a much needed vacation for us all and this condo was perfect. It is beautifully decorated, well thought out with everything one needs, and the view is amazing. The owners, Becky and Mark, were always available to answer questions and their communication was outstanding. Unbeatable view, attractive decor, perfect location. Becky and Mark's presence in the building was a bonus, and they immediately provided a couple of needed items as well as agreed to a late checkout. A lovely stay.

Great Beach Condo

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay! The beach was extremely accessible and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were comfy! We truly enjoyed every minute of our time on South Padre Island.

Amazing views accomodations and hosts

Wow. This condo checked all OUR boxes plus more. Quiet end of South Padre. Just steps from the elevator to the condo. After unlocking the door, we entered air conditioned beachfront luxury. That VIEW ..words just cannot begin to accurately tell you...from the kitchen,living and master bedroom we were able to feel like we were ON THE BEACH in luxury. Step outside to reality on the balcony to feel the heat. Hear the waves and that breeze along with the views of the people and seagulls. We even enjoyed watching the spotted ground squirrels playing below. Both bathrooms roomy sink spaces for your personal items. The hosts think of everything you might need. We found just about anything we wanted. Bring your groceries,personal items and ENJOY THE VIEWS in comfort. A closet full of beach toys. Lots of storage spaces available. CAble tv in living area. Both bedrooms had wi fi tv. Huge refrigerator w icemaker. Deep shelves in dishwasher. Quality appliances and supplies. So quiet also. We only occasionally heard orher noises above, never beside or otherwise. Comfy beds and pillows. Quality towels and plenty. Lots of games to play. Recycle options encouraged. Gated parking. We did not use pools or hot tub. We were a bit disappointed the tennis and pickleball equipment were u available or poor condition from resort. The actual courts and grounds appeared well maintained. So bring your own raquets and balls. Quiet and safe beach access so close. Tar on beach was a suprise Best condo

Stellar home and beach access

Becky was wonderful to work with. The home is very thoughtfully remodeled with amazing functionality throughout. The complex is the perfect size to navigate with kids, making trips to and from the beach and pool a breeze. The view from the unit makes you feel like you're on the beach even when taking a break from the sun midday indoors.

Phenomenal place better than advertised. Can’t beat location, view, cleanliness, family quiet atmosphere, beach access, even the beach “toys” that are included. And… when I needed to contact the owner 3 hours before my arrival because I had lost the access info, they got back to me in MINUTES! Great service. Was an amazing stay. If there were 6 stars they would get it.

Perfect South Padre location

Loved every minute of it. Comfortably fit us and our 4 kids, fantastic views, super easy access to the beach, close to the water park, and easy to get back to Port Isabel for some reduced cost shopping. Definitely looking to head back to SPI in the future, and hoping to stay here again!

Relaxing week for family

There was ample space in the condo for 4 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 7. While the building generally seemed a little dated, the condo was very nicely finished, furnished, and equipped with all your kitchen needs. We found the condo to be ideally situated on the beach (could always find oceanfront room to camp out for the day even though it looked very busy to the north) with fantastic views. The beds were comfortable and the TVs were great for the kids after a day at the beach. We had 2 minor issues with the stay: 1) we arrived at check in time but the condo was not ready and 2) there was a bit of noise from the condo above at odd hours. The owner was very responsive to issue #1 and resolved timely while taking all responsibility, which was appreciated. All that said, we would love to stay here again, our family thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Becky for being a great host!

Incredible Gulf Views

Unbeatable Gulf views…balcony with seating to enjoy. Condo right on beach… Best location on the island. Owners created a number of clever design elements in the condo to maximize space. Loved the bright, white fabric used. Comfortable furniture. Will definitely be returning again. Wonderful time with the family! We went to the beach and explored the island every day and fully relaxed back in the evening at the condo. Perfect. Truly was paradise!

Wonderful, clean, modern condo on the beach

Our brief stay at this property was amazing. Becky is extremely communicative and responds quickly. This condo is in an older building right on the beach but the interior is modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, I told Becky we would be booking again. Check this one out and you won’t be sorry!

Million Dollar View

My favorite aspect of this condo was the million dollar view! The beach was so close ~ only an enjoyable stroll away. The decor in the condo was quite lovely and very comfortable. It honestly seemed to me that they thought of everything! We will return as soon as possible !

Perfect. Will stay again!

Property is exactly what we (family of 5, kids 8-13 yrs) wanted. Right on the beach, excellent facilities, close to fun things to do, and great restaurants. Love all the extra touches, like board games in the closet, all the beach equipment (buckets, spades, chairs, boogie boards), and extra towels for the beach. The apartment is in an older building but the apartment feels fresh and modern regardless. Becky was a tremendous host, super responsive! We'll stay again for sure! Loved waking up to the morning sunsets right over the beach. We'll be back!

Best Ocean View

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable, private, and had everything we needed. You won't find a better patio view of the ocean anywhere on the island.
