Perfect quick getaway

As always, our stay was perfection. We always enjoy our stay here. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We always enjoy the fireworks too. We don't have to leave the condo to have a perfect view of the fireworks. We will definitely rent again soon.

Anniversary getaway

The condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway and we love that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki and this condo didn't disappoint. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

We were there for Aggie Ring day and it was the perfect place to get away with family to relax. It was close proximity to my son’s apartment and easy to get to.

This condo was amazing! The short walk to the beach, the VIEW WAS AMAZING AND can we talk about the location!!! The condo itself was clean, cozy and had awesome artwork on the walls! Kitchen was stocked and just everything was awesome!!!! The host Heidi is super sweet! We will book with her again and again!!!

Great Location

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

Great place!

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Absolutely amazing!

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.

Excellent location to beach access

Everything was clean. The actual condo was very nice and clean. Location to the beach was excellent. Didn't appreciate coming out to find a warning on our vehicle that we needed to register the vehicle since it was on private property when we already had when we checked in and the hang tag was hanging from the rearview window.

Weekend Getaway to South Padre Island

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, room was clean with a beachy vibe. Biggest perk was that the room location was right off the beach, only a few steps 1-2 minute walk. We got a chance to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. Check-in instructions were easy to understand. Heidi provided clear details on parking at the Tiki as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

This was my first time to PAdre Island. The condo was perfect, clean, felt like at home. Amazing location, footsteps to the beach. We cannot wait to come back and we were not ready to leave. I posted on Facebook that my friends should go to tiki condos thank you so much

Weekend getaway

This is a great little condo for a weekend getaway with pets! Nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice patio very close to the ocean! My dogs enjoyed the large grassy area right outside. Of note, there is a large hotel next door with a resort style pool and bar/nightclub with large open windows that is extremely loud until midnight, so for people looking for something quiet, this probably isn’t for you.

Perfect Beach Condo

We’ve booked this condo twice and it’s the perfect location and amenities. This time we took our dog and two kids. We like the security that walks around keeping everything calm. We enjoy the band playing next door and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. You can see the beach from the patio! We will be back next year!
