We loved this condo. It was a perfect location, amazing views, and more quiet than most. Short walk to the beach and it was delightful. This is an older building and condo but maintained well.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. In fact, we tried to extend our trip by another night, but it was booked. We’re already looking for a time to return to this exact unit again.The property itself is a little dated but that had zero impact on our experience. The condo is well stocked and even had backpack beach chairs and umbrellas (though a sand drill for the umbrellas would make them easier to use). We loved having access to the communal grill. We brought charcoal and cooked out three of our four nights, which was a great way to save money compared to eating out.The location is unbeatable. This is literally the last condo property on the south end of the island, which means no hustle and bustle. It’s a very peaceful stretch of beach with minimal through traffic. The unit itself is close to everything you’d want: the elevator, pool, grill, and the building’s private beach entrance. And you couldn’t ask for a better view. It feels like you’re right on top of the water, and I don’t think it’s actually possible to be any closer to the beach. We especially appreciated that the condo faces the sunrise. Beautiful mornings without the harsh afternoon sun.The host was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond to our questions, and happy to make recommendations. He really made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better. We truly couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!
This unit is basically dead center on the fourth floor of the second to last building. There are no other buildings to the left.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Right on the beach, and the unit has everything you would need (toiletries, kitchen appliances, oscillating fans for the rooms, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc). I do wish the patio chairs/table were taller, so the view wasn't obstructed by the railing, but otherwise, this is a great place to rent.

We enjoyed our 10 days on South Padre Island. This unit was everything we wanted in a beach side condo. It had a great beach and ocean view. It was well stocked with extras. It was a clean and comfortable place. Sea Vista is very well kept and a nice facility .

Perfect!

I came to celebrate my 70th birthday, and one of my children joined me for part of the trip. The condo was very clean and the most well stocked we have ever been in (and we have rented quite a few 4-bedroom houses through the years). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening, listening to the waves and looking at the stars. The location was excellent - at the end of the beach so very quiet. The host was excellent. He promptly answered any of my questions. He also provided a very helpful guide for South Padre Island that we used extensively, looking for restaurants, grocery stores, activities. It was truly a perfect vacation for us.

Amazing panoramic sunrises and beach views

Beautiful condo. Always has everything you need. Very clean and inviting.The grounds and well kept with a gated entry. Beach is just steps away! Who could ask for anything else! We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
