Multiple items had to be repaired due to lack of maintenance and just general care while we were on site. The condo was just surface level cleaned and had not been deep cleaned in a very long time, leaving it dirty. The windows were extremely dirty and hard to see out of. The building was under construction and we had construction workers outside our bathroom window on multiple days despite me confirming that there is no construction going on with the property owner prior to booking the trip. In addition to the building being not well kept, they sprayed some kind of sanitizer with perfume on a regular basis in the hallways that was overwhelming, and the air quality was not great. We did not have access to the gym or Pickleball facilities without having to pay extra, and there were not grills on site to use, which is all contrary to what the advertisement said.
