Best beach condo on the island

We were closer to the beach than the picture shows. It was a wonderful time and place. One small wish- the outside balcony furniture be a little higher so you look over the railing no thru it.

Beautiful views!

Great location and ocean view. My daughter and I had a fantastic time. The condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The pool was great. We did not want to leave and will be renting this place again for sure.

The condo was everything advertized. Perfect location with beautiful beach view. The property was well kept and very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The only small issue was jacuzzie jets didnt work, and temp of water was extremely hot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would rent this unit agsin for sure.

Condo was very nice however I did not stay in the one that I booked online I had to contact the real estate company directly because the app for your service it's too difficult to get what I really wanted I needed a pet friendly one I put that in but you did not give me but I need it.

Had a great time!

The location of this property is ideal. We had a great time! I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the condition of the pullout mattress. We attempted to use it the first night but is is extremely old and not comfortable. We ended up having someone sleep on the couch without pulling it out and it seemed fine but would have preferred to use the pull out. There is a black plastic “chicken net” lining the patio which was good to keep things from falling but the chairs on the patio are short and it did hinder the view slightly when sitting in them.

Great location on the beach. It is hard to get any closer! The full kitchen made it easy for us to eat meals in the condo, important in this COVID era. Great stay!

Not Clean but Good View

The location was great but the place was extremely dirty. The tables was not even clean. We had to wipe the place to make it liviable. There are other places cheaper and cleaner than this. Just next building Flirence 2 have 2 bedrooms same price same management. The kitchen dishes were not even clean. The Sheets were not even changed. The bunk bed was on the hallway and I am not suire when did they change or cleaned the sheets and comforter. Super unhealthy and dingy place. Not suitable to stay during CoVID.

Place was clean and great location, right n the beach!

Loved the place. But did not like that I have contacted the office when checking out and with several phone messages trying to get the last night we paid back because it was suggested that all barrier islands evacuate so we did just one night before we planned. The storm surge/waves were already coming up next to the pool area, and they were still forecasting 3 to 5 feet higher which we were fearful of electricity going out on the island and our car getting flooded by the waves coming off the gulf. So we listened to the forecasters and left the island. We dropped off the keys and told her of our request and she said she would check with owner, but we have never heard back? One night of cost means a lot to us during this difficult time with our jobs. We had bought food for that day and had plans to do more on the island and paid for the night, with funds that were already tight. It would have gone a long ways to use vrbo again to restore that night or at least get a phone call why we did or did not get it refunded with a hurricane hitting the coast just a little north of our location?
